They took $400+ when my relative deposited $101,000.00 Into a new account by check issued by the courts fromA person injury accident lawsuit which is non taxable money which means unless if the bank costs $400.00+ to open an account they wrongfully stole money from my relative even though it was a large amount of money to deposit at once the had no right to do so. Also they didn’t give him an atm card for nearly 14 days they denied him from 3 secured credit cards which acts as a debt but is using your money to make the purchase building credit until a persons credit score is solid enough for the bank to agree to the approval of giving (x) amount of credit provided by them

On October 12-2023 I called US BANK, luckily I got MS Olivia !She speak VIETNAMESE &ENGLISH fluently, shewas very knowledgeable about US BANK system. She provide all informations that i need to know regarding my personal bank issues with courteous & respectfulmanner. Definitely, i will refer my family & friends to that US BANK in STANTON BRANCH.??.

Come to this location if you want to feel like a major inconvenience, rather than a “valued” customer. One of the customer representatives sitting at the desk acts like she’s doing you a favor when she has to look up from her screen and answer your banking questions. More reason to switch to a credit union. The bank tellers are super friendly and helpful though, despite the long line due to under staffing.

The whole team is there to help. Denise is the best personal banker she greets every person that walks in and will do everything to help her customers. I have the best experience. I highly recommend this US Bank.

Two Bankers answered and they have a horrible horrible customer service. I am a new business prospect client and the first "banker" just starting questions about my company without even introducing herself. And when I complaint at her she hanged up on me. I will complain to the corporate about this. Don't go to this bank, bank somewhere else.

I have been banking at this branch for about 13 years. I have never had a bad experience. There is quite a bit of turnover for tellers, but I have always been treated very well there. Even when very busy, I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes. I've waited longer at BofA when it was NOT busy. The people who complain the most about wait time are the same people taking 45 minutes to do anything because they are unprepared and completely ignorant or need special language help...guess what? Don't speak the native language? You are going to wait until someone that speaks your language is available...its that way anywhere in the world...duh...I live this branch and will continue doing business with US Bank because of the service I get there

Went to this branch and my wife spoke with the Branch Manager Jordan Valdez, he was very unprofessional and no manners.The corporate should train their employees how to communicate with their clients and respect them no matter what race they are.You don't judge them by their looks.My wife got humiliated in front of a lot of people. We will take this all the way to the corporate for The branch manager to get re trained.

I have a checking and savings account at US Bank. I went in to make a deposit and asked for change of three nickels from some pennies to buy water from a machine. The teller said the bank's policy is not to give out change but he will do it this time only and the next time is no. I thought it's odd that a bank cannot give change of a few nickels for a customer. If I cannot get change at a bank then where can I go for change? I wonder if it's the US bank's policy or if it's just this Stanton branch's policy. Very weird.

I don't remember how long my parents or myself have been banking with U. S. Bank. Six years ago my dad got very sick to the point he wasn't able to walk into the bank and a few months after that my mom fell and has become confined to a bed/wheelchair. When this all happened I scheduled an appointment to fine out what was needed for me to do there banking. The branch manager set aside a good block of time for us all and when I brought my parents to speak with him, he & the assistant manager came out to the the car to deal with all the paperwork.

I went to withdraw $460 from the ATM that's outside, it took all the money from my account but did not dispense the funds. Now I opened a dispute that's going to take about 90 days. I would stay away from this Bank in general all together.

Stopped by last week (Wednesday), the bank teller was nice. Stopped by today (Tuesday), a different teller and she was the exact opposite. Not worth going back to this branch.
