Came in ~7pm, employees were horsing around, the cashier threw a screwdriver _hard_ at the counter in front of a fellow employee to make him jump, ricocheting off into the back of the store. The fellow employee then went to grab the screwdriver and threatened "imma throw it back at you bro" then feigned a throw at the original employee, all while I'm standing right in front of the counter. Not okay regardless, let alone with me standing in the flight path.

Picked up some coolant, rang up for a price more than double the posted price. Associate told me the tag said After Rebate. Yet neither the tag, the associate, or the manager they called could tell us how to go about getting the rebate. Why is the tag up then?

O'Reilly website states free battery installation with purchase of a new battery. I went in to get a new battery for my camry (Very accessible battery) after payment, they guy tells me they dont do that. I ask him for tools and he doesn't have any for me to do it myself. I had to drive back home swap it out and then go back and return my old battery. Now I know it isn't difficult to swap it out, but its the inconvenience of it. If I would have known I would've taken my own 10mm or gone Autozone for that matter. Very disappointed.

So, so, customer service! Gave the device to test for codes, but he didn't go out of his way to show how to operate the device. The younger man helped.

The worst customer service ever, the guy has poor attitude, acts like he is doing one a favor. If you are not una good mood and do not wish to deal with customers, stay home.

My daughter is out of town and i noticed that the her wiper blades were trashed. So I decided to replace them while she was gone. I went to the GG Store the guy at O'Reilly confirmed I picked the correct blades and told me they were one of the best brands. So I was feeling confident till I got home. i opened the package and started looking at the instructions and was mystified. I went to YouTube still mystified. Best Employee ever - Uziel, drove past my home and saw that I was having an issue, he stopped and put the wipers on for me. This was awesome he was wearing the O'Reilly green and was an excellent example of being an awesome human and representation of the Corporation.

I went to this branch to replace my break pads since I have a life time warranty for it. Diana said that I need the original packaging and a receipt. I told her that the other branch just use my phone number to check the computer. She said that she needs the part number. So I told her that I will just go to the other branch since she do not know what she is saying. The other branch replaced my break pads without any questions. The branch I went to after here is on Brookhurst and Ball. Please educate Diana regarding your policies.

The manager, Edward and the associate Hugo were a HUGE help to me today. My car broke down in the parking lot after I had just left the store, and they didn't hesitate to help. They got us the parts we needed, installed a new battery for us, and when that didn't work they called a mobile mechanic to come look at our car. Thank goodness we happened to break down at this O'Reiley Auto. They really understand customer service and they take it seriously.
