“This store is a little further then my daily travels living in Placentia. However, they are very friendly, helpful and have great prices. I have purchased a kitchen faucet from them and it was defective. Had my receipt and exchanged for my money back.... no problem. They have a variety of essential supplies you cannot always find. I have found that the customer service with being notified when they said ALSO was great. So many times you hear people say "oh, I'll call you when it comes in", only to never have it happen They do what they say. I manage a fourplex in Anaheim. It is worth the drive for me. SS”

“We had a very large project to build an outside staircase. We checked the local stores: Home Depot & Ganahl. What a disappointment, until we found Katella Lumber. The large wood piece we needed wasn't available but they were about to custom make it. It took 2 business days to pick up and the price was lower than the others. We wished we would of went to Katella lumber first. There selection of lumber is better and the prices are lower. Dislike: Their local Sales tax.”
