“This review is written mainly for the Branch Assistant Manager Kevin Alexander! After two great visits to branch with Kevin's assistance & care, I felt that this long overdue review had to been written. Also writing since I feel it's unfair that the branch had received such low star reviews despite their satisfactory service ! Both times I have gone to the branch, employees had been polite and especially Alexander had been very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable while he was performing my requests (whether it was to open a temporary card, open a savings account or to withdraw money)! Truly professional and such a great conversationalist (truly makes customers like myself feel urged to share our stories! ) Always caring and always smiling! Plus very enthusiastic and professional when receiving requests/ asked questions. Much recommending Alexander for his professional, friendly & QUICK service”
