I went to get information about switching over to AT&T and what they have to offer in regards to phone plans and the Internet. Ammer and (I forgot the gentleman's name) were both fantastic at helping me get the information I needed. I ended up switching over to AT&T. I saved so much money. They were fast and efficient and very nice.

I accidentally wiped out my whole phone even the eSim and didn't have any cell service. I came here when they were about to close on Christmas Eve, the employee welcomed me in and was able to get my phone working less than 15mins. I would recommend going to this place for a quick and speedy service.

I came into this store looking to switch from Verizon. There was an iPhone promotion which was going on that I wanted to take advantage of in March 2021. I was also sold an iwatch which I was also told was part of a different promotion in which if I paid for service to it (a cellular package) that I wouldn't be charged for the device itself as long as I kept service to it for 2 years (about $30/month), which I went with. He used the term "basically free". Cue the eye roll. Well let me tell you, Adam straight up lied. After 6 months, calling att over and over to see why I was being charged for the iwatch month after month, finally on the FOURTH 1-2 hour long call I was told that was never a promotion going on in California, and that best case scenario this guy just didn't know what he was doing. And then they refused to anything about it. Save yourself time, money, and frustration and don't listen to his sales tactic. He either doesn't know what he is doing or worst case, is lying to customers who can't even get out of the bs he gets them into because calling att doesn't do a thing about it.

1000% Do not Recommend any AT&T service. Whether it's outside sales reps or inside you the customer are just a quick $ and when you realize you no longer want the poor service they offer they will give you the run around inside the store and on the phone. You'll wait on hold for someone to solve your issues and they will let you know they cannot help you over the phone and you need to go directly to one of its locations. The funny thing I've already been there and thought it was solved as I was told I wouldn't be charged a dime and they apologized. Next month comes and here I am with a large Bill from AT&T. The response I've received from the customer service department is not only atrocious but lacks any care whatsoever for customers. I wish I could have nice things to say but I can't even get a call back from your customer service department, nor one of your stores to help resolve the issues.

The staff here was a major inconvenience for me. Their lack of knowledge really extended the claims process I was trying to make. Do everything online and you'll probably have an easier experience. Their incompetence isn't worth the frustration it caused me.

I don't usually write review but the staff at this location, especially Jonathan, went an extra mile to help me with my HBO Max problem. Even though the problem was out of their training abilities but they still tried to contact the company to resolve this problem regardless. The staff here seem very professional, polite and always happy to serve their customers.

I never write a review but I wanted to share my experience to inform you. I came here initially to inquire on a bundle package for TV, Internet and phone. They quoted me a deal and ended up signing on. I just received my first bill and it was not near the price they quoted me. Called this location and it automatically directs you to either the "manager's" voice mail or the AT&T customer service 800# line. Ended up speaking to a billing rep through 800# customer service and they couldn't honor the quoted rate. I've left messages on the "manager's" voice mail and the rep who helped me and as of now, still no response! I am now stuck with a higher rate that I never agreed to! BEWARE and don't trust what monthly contract price they quote you! Your bill comes from a different "department"

Called and left a message, inquiring about adding a line and buying a Apple Watch!Never received a call back very disappointing!I called the at&t store in Westminster and a actual person answered & answered all my questions! I’ll be going to Th Westminster store tomorrow to add a line and purchase a Apple Watch!
