Always quick and friendly. Finds lost packages quickly and gets them to you in time. Would be great if they were open a little later as many students are at class or work during their normal operating hours.

The online hours are completely inaccurate. U2G will change which package center your packages get sent without telling, and continue to send emails with wrong information. More importantly, almost everyone at Stanford Grad works on week days during normal business hours. They schedule their weekday hours exclusive within normal business hours, so you usually will have to wait till the weekend to get any package you order. Even better if you miss picking it up that weekend, you will pass the 9 day threshold and your package gets returned to sender.

Not sure what the purpose of using lockers is if I have to wait for them to reload all of the lockers with packages before they will let me get my package. It would have been faster to just wait in the 10 + person line to get my package without the locker.

Absolutely horrible - arguably the worst people I have dealt with in my five years at Stanford so far. I am a grad student here but somehow my name was not in the system. Sometimes my package would arrive and I would receive no email notifications (which normally I should). Some of the personnel are awfully inefficient and incompetent. I would say avoid at all costs and try to get your packages delivered directly to your home as often as possible.

I don't think that I've ever left a review before. I'm hoping UG2 management will make a change here. I think most people on campus have been very patient with the GPC. I'm sure its a stressful environment. Evens, most of the staff here are great. However, a woman named Mary is, without exception, rude every single visit. When mistakes are made at the center, she doesn't consider it is on GPCs end... and immediately puts the onus on the students. If you enter with more than one package to pickup, she will sigh dramatically, as if you've inconvenienced her for simply having this be the location in which your packages arrive. She says things behind the closed door so that the students can hear how fed up she is with us, just trying to track down our packages. She is short, demeaning, accusatory, and impatient. This is nothing personal, she is just an absolute textbook example of bad customer service. Its a shame how one single person can make an experience bad every time... when all other staff have honestly been exceptionally kind and patient, considering all of the chaos the last year has brought.

Terribly slow service. I don't normally leave bad reviews but I'm hoping that someone in management will read this and make some changes. The staff are incompetent and it often takes >15 minutes every time I need to pick up a package. I will avoid at all costs and recommend others to do the same

I had a package delivered Friday afternoon and they wouldn't let me pick it up until Monday. I wouldn't have ordered it if I couldn't have it before the weekend. Not sure why they couldn't just scan it in and give it to me Friday afternoon :(
