TNT Bros is, without a doubt, the premier detail shop—not just in East County, but across the entire San Diego area. Their work is absolutely flawless, with an unmatched attention to detail and a level of customer service that goes above and beyond. What truly sets them apart is their expertise and passion for car care; you can tell they know their craft inside and out. Tony and Telly are not only professionals but also incredibly friendly, always treating my cars with the utmost care. I couldn’t recommend TNT Bros more highly—it’s simply the best place for top-notch detailing!

The brothers that own this shop are friendly and very detail oriented. They do a great job on detailing and it doesn't matter if you are bringing in a collector car or your daily driver. It will come back looking very much refreshed. They managed to make my twenty year old, sun faded car look nearly new again. They also provide recommendations as to what non-greasy products to use for in between visit maintenance. You get what you pay for with this shop.

I had my newly purchased Sienna detailed with TnT and couldn't be happier. They went above and beyond to have my car cleaned inside and out. Customer service was great and you can tell they care about what they do. I highly recommend them!

Great service! Thanks for leaving my Jeep better than when I got it from the dealership! I accidentally let water sit on my brand new Jeep 4xe with out drying it and sitting in the hot sun it dried up and left severe water stains on the black paint. I washed it twice and they wouldn't come off, I didn't know what to do and brought it in for an estimate, Telly helped me out and showed me what could be done to get rid of the ugly stains. I brought it in the next day and when I got called saying it was ready, my car looked better than when i first got it. Thanks to both of the TNT brothers. They have great customer service and know what they are doing!

My truck was detailed with the TNT brothers yesterday, and the work was excellent as always. Nobody details trucks like the TNT brothers. I've been to many other detailers, these are second to none. You'll find that these guys take pride in their work, and that's some thing that is rare today. They use top-of-the-line chemicals. They are up-to-date on all the latest techniques.

If you’re here to figure out whether or not to go with this shop, let me just tell you it is the decision you’ll ever make. You might be able to get a cheaper quote across the border in TJ, but you’ll never get the quality and care that these guys give so freely to their customers - regardless of time, day, or circumstance.Earlier this year, I bought the car of my dreams (a detailed white V6 Toyota pickup with the decals, extra cab, and only 100k miles) off of Tony w/ TNT. Just days after driving it home I started hearing a weird noise and totally panicked.. I didn’t want to drive it to a shop for fear of further damage, so Tony sent a mechanic friend of his to drive to my place within an hour of my call, early evening on a SUNDAY, and diagnose/resolve the problem free of charge (it just needed power steering fluid.. I have a lot to learn!) He didn’t even want payment for gas.Both Tony and the guys at TNT will truly treat you as they would treat their own. About 9 months into having it, I got hit and run by a semi truck and the car suffered an insane amount of cosmetic damage on the passenger side.. by all accounts it looked totaled (see attachments.) Tony waited at the shop until 10 pm so I could get there safely (I was nervous driving it in the condition it was in) and when I said just don’t tell me no, he said okay. So many others had told me to sell for parts and that it was a wrap.A couple weeks later and the thing looks brand new!!! These guys are truly some kind of miracle workers/car ICU surgeons: they brought my baby back from the DEAD. It’s difficult being a young woman in the world of automotives, most of us pretty much assume we will be taken advantage of, and it unfortunately becomes a question of who will do so the least (finding the lesser of evils, essentially.)TNT Bros is the opposite. They’ll treat you like family, and treat your car with the level of attachment & fondness that you express for it.. They’ve never tried to upsell me on something I wasn’t looking for, and they’ve always found a way to make what I want happen, no matter how impossible.. if I were to be stranded roadside in the dead of night this would be my first call! If I needed a crash course in some most basic maintenance type of thing (like checking or changing oil) I know I could FaceTime on the spot and they would walk be through how to do it myself: this because they aren’t out to squeeze you for your last dollar. They charge only what they need know you can handle while still making/saving enough to keep the business alive. Everybody wins.THIS is the kind of customer service my grandpa used to talk about. The type that makes someone loyal for life, that turns an employee/representative into a trusted family friend — its something you rarely find these days (in my 26 years of experience I never had.. until now!) There are limitless shops that will sell you on competitive quotes or one-time deals, but there’s only one that will genuinely treat your car as if it is their own. In an industry that’s notoriously hard to trust, TNT won’t waste a second of your time trying to sell you on trust.. they’ll earn it. And do a damn good job while they do.**the two videos show before and after, but the decal and antenna hadn’t been put on yet.. I just couldn’t wait to post!**

Bottom line up front: Tony and Telle are excellent at what they do and I will be using them in the future!I recently moved to San Diego after driving across the country, fighting heavy rain and even ice storms along the way, and I haven’t been able to wash my truck in months due to work. Car washes have never been my thing, as I’ve always handwashed my truck to minimize damage to my paint. I’m not able to do mobile detailing as I live in an apartment complex and I would have to block loading zones to do so. I found Tony and Telle after some google searches and quickly realized a couple of things: they’re good at what they do (the reviews proved it to me) and they have a dedicated shop. I gave them a call one afternoon and they said I could bring it to them first thing the next morning. I dropped it off and showed them the truck and I was told what they were going to do with it. I showed back up that afternoon to pick up my truck and was blown away at the results. My truck hasn’t been this clean, smooth, and shiny in a LONG time. As I looked over the finished product, we all just talked and I could tell that Tony and Telle really love what they do and put a lot of hard work and effort into providing high-quality results for their customers. I’ve dealt with a few detailers over my time owning the truck and Tony and Telle take the cake in terms of delivering high-quality results, while being very personable and passionate about their craft.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

First time having my car detailed, and taking it to TnT was a good decision. They had worked on my dad's corvettes before. After seeing their work, their dedication, and attention to detail I decided to bring mine. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to take proper care of their cars, every car is safe on Tony's and Telly's hands.

TNT Bros did an outstanding job detailing my Lincoln Navigator. They gave an honest and fair assessment of the vehicle's condition, and their recommendation on what package was best for my vehicle was cheaper than the initial estimate I received over the phone. They even gave me a ride home and picked me up when the car was done. I can tell these guys care about their work and the community they live in. I look forward to getting future work done at TNT Bros.
