Just went for information. Got a short version & seemed since not a buyer was of no interest. From MetroPCS told due to my constant service & bill payment I was eligible for lease iphone, no credit check. Did not match up in several areas with what I'd been told plus same plan I pay @ $40 mo. T-Mobile asks min. $55.

Walked in to do a payment there was 3 employees only one person being helped I tried to get someone's attention and I get it when you have to wait for other people before you to get helped but they just told me they couldn't help me or other people due to appointments (that weren't even there yet obviously) other stores ask you to be in queue or added to list for this reason. Kinda sucks cause I live 4 blocks away from this store!!! Why have a full store or people just waiting when you can get them in and out, you just get extra swings for nothing

Literally just wasted 2 hours of my life just to buy a phone. I gave them my phone number to call me when it was time to come and they forgot about me and send someone else to help me then they left and since someone else to help me it's horrible

I had the most outstanding service today. I attached the business card for everyone to see. Esteban made my experience painless and simple. Usually I dread choosing a new phone, car or computer. The process takes so long and can be rather stressful. Today I felt none of that. The entire process was smooth and I left with a new iPhone 13. Very satisfied with the service. Thank you Esteban at T-Mobile!

I liked it better when it was a radio shack. It was more useful too. I even liked it better when it was a radio shack / Sprint store. When it was a Sprint store it was very useful. I could get problems solved by going down there. I just like Sprint better and I like radio shack more than both of them

Super helpful workers here, made everything very easy, understandable, and a smooth transition from previous providers. Lady at the front with red hair (forget her name, oops) was very nice and friendly. Omar was very knowledgeable and fast.

They NEVER answer their phones when you call. Ive been paying for a line for about 2/3 weeks now and haven't received my phone! Ive been lied to because they said "your phone isnt in stock yet but it will be here soon". Customer service is the worst ive ever seen from a Tmobile store.
