Honest and transparent about all of their work. Amazingly rare to find such an expertly skilled shop that is also trustworthy. Ask for Fadil - shop owner being present is a bonus.

5 STARS HANDS DOWN!!! I'd give more if I could!
After my check engine light came on, I was on the hunt to findout how much the cost would be to fix it!
I remember as a kid my parents would go down Jamacha Rd. For car repairs things and so that's were I headed. I found F&H auto repair and auto body repair. As I pulled up, Fadil greeted me with a warm welcome from the street. Told me to pull in and asked how he could help. I gave him the codes for my car and he started to read them back to me off the top of his head. Hes very knowledgeable, kind and sweet. He said no he's shop could do it and quoted me on the spot! What I paid in parts and labor was very reasonable! I'm very happy with the customer service and when I jumped in my baby she ran soooooo smooth and as a plus he topped off the oil for me!!! If your looking for a shop you have found it here!!! Keep up the awesome work guys!!! ????

I just had moved down to San Diego with my family and having a newborn child just recently; our money was tight... Then my clutch went out on my little ‘old faithful’ manual 2009 Toyota Corolla, so needed a last minute replacement ASAP! I called around getting quotes and then came across F & H, the price they quoted was excellent compared to all the other shops I called around San Diego. I talked to the owner (Fadil) about the repairs and needing it done by a short timeline, he said he would take care of me. He did just that and was a man of his word.
Fadil was super friendly and detailed about his recommendations for the service, he reassured me he would have it done the following day. He totally came through for us like a boss on the short timeline, plus the repair was excellent! F&H had the Corolla’s clutch better than when I had bought it years ago. I cannot recommend a better, fair, or honest mechanic for all your automotive needs than Fidal and his team at F & H. They do great quality work fast, for extremely reasonable prices, and will treat you like family. Definitely will be coming back for all my future auto repairs and glad to have found them!

Dishonest, go elsewhere! Took compact Lexus in for Maintenance Required message on dash. The owner Fadi was caught in a lie saying the car needed $1200 worth of maintenance. It only needed an oil change. He even tried to suggest that I discard a lifetime premium engine air filter just to try to sell me one of his. Shameful.

Brought it to get fixed for cylinder misfires and I got it back and there was a big ol hole on the back bumper of my car, called him up to fix it and indeed they fixed it for free but when I get the car back I picked my dad up and he got into the back left passenger side and the damn door panel fell off. I fixed that myself because I didn't want to find out what other tricks they had up there sleeves. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Surprisingly they have great customer service they are just careless with you car.

Fadil is so sweet, knowledgeable and honest. I was quoted almost double for an AC Condenser repair at another place. F&H did a great job and had reasonable prices. Thanks!!! ?

I took my BMW in to F & H to get some scratches and small dings taken out. When I picked it up, it had white "cloudy" areas which I was told by the owner would buff out but to wait two weeks. On the drive home, a passer by pointed out to me that my left rear tailight was hanging down. By the time I got home, the front left reflector was missing too. (Owner did pay to replace)
Waited two weeks and cloudy spots did not buff out by me. Called the owner and he said to bring it back in which I did. He said it would take 20 minutes but I was there 2-1/2 hours and then sat in the owners office until it got done. Got home and noticed paint drips and runs. Called the owner again and it was brought back in. Third time's the charm?! The "couple hour job" took four months this time. Since I lived over an hour away, part of this time was because I asked the owner to deliver to me directly so I didn't have to arrange once again rides to or from the shop. After dropping off (it was dark so couldn't really look it over that night) it still had a few runs. Car had interior driver door trim gouged and gear shift scratched and it was out of gas. After all that I went through to get this job done the way it should've been the first time, this baby should've been full of gas and detailed in my opinion. (Owner said it was, but it was not). I paid a lot of money to get this done. They may be good at transmissions or auto repair which could be where there received their reviews, but they need to focus on that and give up on the auto painting aspect of their business.

For countless years and now decades, we've entrusted all our vehicles to F & H, and without a doubt, there is no other auto repair shop as exceptionally honest, diligent, and deserving of your well-earned money than F & H. We have vintage cars, high end luxury cars and average cars. We trust them with every car for repairs and body work, they are beyond reproach! Not only that, but they are kind and fairly priced. It feels like I'm working with a loving, healthy-minded family. We'll never go any place else.

Got my car painted at this shop. There was a whole bunch of over spray and the quality of the paint was just terrible. They just want your money here and no customer satisfaction. I told them the issue and they didnt offer to repaint it! Be careful with bringing your beloved vehicle here!
