Tire pressure gauge suddenly went off so I quickly drove to Costco. Was told they were no longer taking walk-ins. Explained situation to manager (Tim) and he squeezed me in. Last time this happened, tire blew on the freeway. He said to always come to the tire center immediately when low tire gauge lights up. So very grateful for his kindness and understanding. Costco customer for life!!

Went in to get my tire patched after a nail was found in it. Really affordable prices and good service. The only small gripe I would have is the timeframe. I would recommend to give yourself extra time if you’re going here because I do run a bit longer than quoted.

They don't call you after it's finished being worked on. No text, no email. Brandon even said they'd call. Car sat finished for over an hour before I walked in to check if they're done.
Guys, customers don't need to micromanage the poor management. You serve the customers. Customers don't serve you.

They wouldn’t order the tires I asked for and had to go to another Costco.
Most of these people are car guys and they wouldn’t be in this industry if they weren’t. I asked them simple questions to test them. They clearly do not care about your cars.

Shoutout to Tim and Malcolm. I came in with a bubble on the side wall of my driver's side tire, and they immediately took my car in as an emergency. Upon inspection, they found a second bubble on the driver's side rear tire and replaced that tire also. Malcolm acted quickly and both him and Tim gave me a great deal on both my tire replacements. The service workers are fast and efficient and my tire replacements were done in less than an hour. I really appreciate the Team at this Costco Tire repair center, they're all amazing!

Full of sound and fury, run by incompetents.Went in to buy run flat tires. The guy gave me 3 choices. I ask what’s the difference he say all the same! Did a bit of research on spot and only one was all-season. Asked for that. Told the guy forgot my Costco card in the car and when back to get it. On return it was his break, left me mid-transaction, said work with that guy and left.The new guy had 2 people in line. Waited. Got to him and started again. Used a different platform and suggest me 5 different tires. Told him what happened to the other system? What are my options? Started blabbing. Was telling me his 5 were not run flat (I saw he ticket run flat). He was lost. At this point it was 50 min I was there. Left the place. 6 hours later still angry.

Went to go get tires for my Subaru. Two days later went to go get my brakes done. Cross threaded bolts on two wheels. They don't hand tighten before they zip them on with an impact gun. Two lugs were cross threaded so the bolts had to be broken. A couple hundred extra bucks to fix. So much for saving money on tires at Costco. I had to spend that money that I saved replacing the cross thread bolts. that could be easily avoided if hand tightened first. This is not the first time I've had that happen getting tires at Costco. How can you save money at Costco when you have to spend money to fix their mistakes. If you're going to buy your tires there have them installed elsewhere. Save yourself from the grief of their employees carelessness.
