This company is terrible. Do not trust your shipments with them. No communication. No response. Very late. I understand shipping is crazy right now, but they are just plain awful. Zero concern for being extremely late and then their carrier lost a valuable shipment the day it was finally going to make it to delivery. No concern at all.

We have been using ALFA for a few years now. We were new in the business of imports from China and needed help navigating all the rules/regulations/shipping coordination. I was actually referred to Alex and ALFA from one of my overseas manufacturers after I was unhappy with another Freight Forwarder. ALFA has helped us tremendously as we have been growing our overseas production and shipping. They have also helped coordinate large air shipments inbound from China and outbound to Europe. Additionally, they have helped coordinate site visits overseas which has been instrumental in helping us work with factories that we have not done business with. I recommend ALFA to anyone I know who is new in importing and I believe we will be working with them for years to come. They also are extremely responsive to emails which is a must when you have time sensitive shipments and documentation.

Driver was unable to maneuver his truck into our dock door. Damaged our building upon leaving, drove away, and now the company is not accepting responsibility because their driver did a hit and run without stopping to fill out a report. I would never do business with this dishonest company.

Did an LCL shipment from California to Malaysia, process from pickup to delivery was just excellent. Alex is a pleasure to work with, and their rates are very competitive. Wouldn't hesitate to choose them again or recommend them to others.

Shipment arrived; however, it was damaged. I got poor support during the transaction; they were not interested in resolving the issues. Will not do business with them again
