Small issue but bad experience. My wife and I got our flu shot at Rite Aid today. We were told we get a free ice cream for having the shot and told to scan a posted sign. We then went to the ice cream counter and the guy did not like our scan. We showed him the paperwork proving that we just got our flu shots and he didn't budge. Instead of ice cream, we left with a bad taste in our mouths.

I have always had a good experience in this rite aid. However I accidentally left my wallet in the ladies restroom and I was so worried no one would return it since it's was in a private room and not public. Thankfully Olivia found it! I called this morning and she had found it and set it aside for me. Awesome to see honest people work there! Thank you Olivia!

We have a unfit store manger Esmeraldashe try's to pick n choose who to say hi to she forces her employees to say hi to customer but harass is mike and this is the direction of Ralph district manger n this is the company direction welll I was shopping last Sunday she harassed me Mike n my employee mike

Is there a zero-star option? Rite-Aid Pharmacy in South Pasadena makes a strong case for a change to the rating system. This isn't forgetting to 86 the onions on a burger; pharmaceutical drugs alter lives and behaviors. Aim higher than the fast-food errors you make each time I pick up a script. I'll avoid the insults to individual staff and just say that all of the issues I've faced here on consecutive visits are enough to be embarrassed for this operation as a whole, not just an individual. DM/RM can message for details. But they won't bc they don't care bc if they did this wouldn't be happening. Aim higher. Hire better.

my friends and i have been coming to this rite aid for years and today we came to pick up some makeup and class party supplies. we got followed by an employee throughout the whole time we were shopping despite not displaying any suspicious behavior. we were just walking around and being followed made us very uncomfortable, so we just decided to buy some makeup and leave. there were many other groups of teenagers in the store so i don't understand why the employee chose to follow us.

The elderly man in front of me was buying gift cards and the cashier took care to ask him about them and make sure he wasn't getting scammed. Touched to see community members looking out for each other.

Today this pharmacy said maybe I should go to another pharmacy instead of them simply calling their help desk to get the code needed to fill my prescription. A prescription I’ve been struggling for months to refill. Medi-cal spoke to them directly twice because my prescription wouldn’t go through due to an error in the pharmacy’s system and the pharmacy told them both times I should just go somewhere else. They have also been rude to me on the phone in the past. What a disappointing, uncaring and completely unprofessional pharmacy this is.

The pharmacy never answers their phones, so if you have a question, you have to go in. If you call the phone line, it’s just cycles through from one menu to the other without pharmacy ever picking up.

If I could give no stars it would be that. Went into the pharmacy yesterday fill a prescription for my husband whom I just picked up from the hospital having back surgery. I took the prescription to the drop off counter where I always get his other Meds filled. The girl there was extremely rude to me saying she could not fill the pain medication because the prescription wasn't filled out properly and tossed the prescription back at me. She told me what was wrong with it and told me to go back and get it filled out properly ( it was 6 p.m. ) thankfully, the surgery center was still open and the nurse met me down stairs to fill in the required missing info ( how many tablets were supposed to be dispensed when it clearly stated 45)she wrote the number "forty five" on the prescription, apologized and sent me back to Rite Aid. I walked up once again, with the required info and she tossed it back at me again, saying she could not fill it once again. ( all the while, my husband is in the car in pain)I asked her, "why not?" She said because ti doesn't say how many prescriptions are on the prescription pad ( it CLEARLY is one prescription ) So, I call the surgery center once again and they mark the number 1 prescription on the pad. Third times a charm right? So, I go back to the pharmacy once again and decide to bypass the rude clerk and go to the pharmacist. I explained to the pharmacist what happened and she checked the prescription like it was fake. She tells me that I have go check something and talks to the rude girl. THE PHARMACIST comes back and says, "I am sorry we are out of stock of this medication and I can't get it until Tuesday" ( it was Friday )" I asked her why the clerk didn't tell me this in the first place and I could have gone elsewhere to get it filled. She tossed it at me and said, "I don't know!" By time I got all the info they needed, it was too late to go elsewhere. My husband spent the night without pain meds, in PAIN after surgery on his spine. This place was ridiculous and need some customer service training! I use to spend a lot of money there, but I will never go back there again! DO NOT GO THERE, they are they are extremely rude!!!! I do believe the clerks name was Cheryl something with a C!

Fast and prompt customer service. Asked my new pharmacy to request a transfer of my prescription from this Rite Aid. They did it immediately within 1 day. I did the same thing with my other prescription at rite aid in Glendale. I had to call them after 4 days to have my prescription transferred. Glendale Rite Aid is either incompetent or simply just doesn't care.

Pharmacy staff are condescending, petty and rude. There are pharmacies all around. The way “Stephanie” who works at pharmacy counter spoke to customers in line in front of me and then was dismissive of the errors made by a coworker that affected my order convinced me to switch to another pharmacy nearby.
