Very poor customer service. When purchasing a gift before Christmas I was told I had until January 17 to return items. A week prior to the 17th I tried to return one item which was a bracelet. This gift was never worn in still wrapped in original tissue. I was informed that jewelry is not returnable. I told the clerk that the manager guaranteed me that I could return all items and I was never told that jewelry was the exception. The clerk on duty told me that the woman who sold me the item should’ve told me however, she was no longer working there and was fired. The clerk on duty took my phone number and guaranteed me that the manager would be calling me guess what? No reply, no call, nothing, from manager. as a local with many friends, I am telling people not to shop there anymore. Certainly don’t buy a gift for anyone there because if it needs to be returned, they are liars.

Always a great selection of items at Savvy that are moderately priced. The last few times I've been in, the service was lackluster and I felt as though I was bothering them when I asked some questions. I will go back for the selection and just hope that the service improves.

It is the worst experience I have ever had in my life, the worst customer service, they made me feel as if I was going to steal something, I don't give it zero star because the option is not there, the woman looked at us from afar and that It's annoying, I really would never go to that place again.That is sad!!☹️

LOVE the clothing but each time I’ve been in the staff is very unfriendly! I felt like a burden being in there and they weren’t busy. Sad cause I could have spent a lot of money but I’m not going to support a business that has no customer service.

I honestly don’t even know what to say about this store. The whole time I was inside, there were 4 employees working and not one of them even acknowledged me from start to finish. Three of them were standing in front of the register talking about work and I was standing right there trying to look at the jewelry at the counter, but they were blocking it and didn’t even look up or move. Finally after I picked out some jewelry I liked, I stood at the counter waiting until someone finally decided to acknowledge me. She rang me up, and said a very monotone “have a good day” and I walked out. I’m mad at myself for even spending my money here. It’s a shame, because this place has nice clothes and accessories, and the awful attitudes of everyone ruined it. For such a beautiful location and expensive place to visit, it’s way disappointing. Kinda messed up my whole vacation vibe. No wonder there are hiring signs all over the window.

We like to visit this store whenever we're in town. Although they have a good selection their customer service is lacking. We were here yesterday on 8/1 and myself and two of my friends all made purchases and didn't get a single smile. Everyone looked upset and miserable. We didn't feel welcomed.

Looking around for a pair of shoes and stumbled upon Savvy. Cute clothes, shoes, and jewelry. Found a pair of shoes that didn't break the bank and the lady who range me up was absolutely wonderful. Cute little dog hanging out too. For sure a little jem.
