Great store for all kinds of beautiful jewelry. We spent about a half hour browsing and talking with the owner. She gave us the best customer service without pressure which was so memorable. Excellent quality jewelry paired with great customer service makes this the best jewelry store I've been to.

I am so happy that we stopped in to this beautiful shop. They had a huge selection of beautiful pieces in every price range and Ava was so helpful and kind. She graciously showed us anything we asked about and had lovely suggestions, but was not overbearing at all. Ava provided the most outstanding service experience. I can't wait to go back and work with them to create my forever ring.

Carol was amazing. I was looking for a necklace to take home as a souvenir and she showed me a great selection. The one I wanted was not in stock but she offered to ship one to me when they arrive. I found a cute one that I loved too!

I purchased a beautiful necklace even though I was looking for something very specific and they didn't have what I was looking for in stock, the associate offered to ship it to me out of state - I ended up finding something very nice and in my budget to remember the first vacation I've had in 10 years. The sales lady from Poland was very nice and extremely patient and helpful. Thank you for making my purchase enjoyable and timely.

I love, love, love making five star reviews. I was just reading some of the other reviews before penning my own. I totally agree with others. Jessica was amazing. Savannah too. No pressure. White glove. Down to earth. I purchased an engagement ring. That experience was great. We returned with a damaged family heirloom ring. It had a huge piece of missing filagree. William their jeweler fixed it in short order. Totally satisfied. Again. I am planning more purchases here... shhh.

In the beginning of April my now husband and I decided to elope just the two of us. We were unable to find wedding bands locally that didn't need to be sized and would be available that day. So we decided to make the trip and find something when we arrived in South lake. We walked into Poe Rava literally 20 minutes before closing and explained to the ladies there that we were getting married that next day and needed bands. Their selection is just breathtaking. I was able to find a beautiful simple band and so did my husband. Unfortunately mine needed to be sized but the amazing staff there said she would drive it herself to the jeweler that night and it would be ready the next morning. I am more than satisfied with their customer service and will definitely be back to have my custome ring made to match my band. Thank you so much for helping make our day special.

Beautiful and unique jewelry pieces. Purchased a gorgeous sapphire and diamond two toned ring here 20 years ago. Sadly, the ring was recently lost. The staff, Jessica in particular, did not hesitate to assist me in getting information to help my insurance get my ring recreated. The professionalism and friendly customer service was superb both now and 20 years ago. I will always recommend Poe Rava and their wonderful staff. If I ever return to the Tahoe area, I will be revisiting & finding myself something beautiful from their collection.

I feel terrible that I didn't catch her name but the young lady that helped me was very patient and helpful while I picked my pieces. I didn't feel any pressure that I had to get anything. I love my Tahoe pendant and my earrings and will definitely visit again when I return to Tahoe!

Poe Rava Gem Co is amazing. They are my go to jewelry store even though I am from out of town. I’ve completed three custom projects with them (all gorgeous diamond necklaces) and will do more in the future. They are fast and supportive. Complete white glove service and I am completely satisfied! I live in the Bay Area and Poe Rava is my jeweler bar none. They have dedicated and personal customer service. They are attentive, readily available and swift with ordering. I called with a dream, some questions and an idea and I had my beautiful necklace in hand in way less time than I expected. I was in contact with the store the entire time and it felt like they wanted me to be pleased and happy. I can't say enough about how refreshing the retail experience is with Poe Rava whether I am in town or away at home. I trust them and will keep working with them in the future.
