i wish there was a 0 stars option. i never leave reviews but this was so annoying. i called and asked for a pair of converse in size 8 women and/or 6 youth and the female who answered the phone was like yeah we have both of them... right after i asked... i had already called like 15 other stores and everyone was sold out so i was shocked that they had them but also very doubtful. point is, she didn't check her stock and it seemed too good to be true so at that point i just asked her to hold them for me at the front so that she would actually go check. she said okay and i made sure to confirm twice w her that it was the same shoe in those sizes. so we hung up after i told her i was on my way. i drove all the way to this store and went up to her, i knew it was her bc she was the only girl there and she had the audacity to lie to me and tell me that the shoe was actually a mismate?? i work at a diff, way better shoe store, so i knew his was bs. i asked her about the other gradeschool size which she has previously said she had and she said that the mismate (women size) was the only one. she really thought i was that d**** she didn't even apologize once and only offered to look for a diff location that would have it which was all the way in long beach. she was a waste of time and so is this store. i wish i got her name but either way, don't go here. if she was lazy enough to never check for the shoe , they prob all like that.
