Good afternoon , had a positive experience at this place. The very postive and intelligent Miss Karina helped me with my taxes today . Also answered all questions I had to the best of her abilities. The receptionist was very sweet and attentive when we walked in. Greeted us and asked if could sign in and wait to be seated. Small Area but ultimately a very positive experience at this place . Thank you again Karina and the lovely receptionist. [ They speak Spanish and English. ]

I came here and I walked in and was greeted so nicely! I forgot I was here to do my taxes. I saw a commercial and was tired of running the risk of making mistakes filing them on my own. A few people I know got audited who did it on Turbo Tax and I thought I rather pay someone who is an accountant. They gave me a really great service, explained things thoroughly and I loved the energy of this place. I walked out of there happier than I was when I came in (also gave me a Starbucks coffee to go). Thank you Karina! Ask for her

THANK YOU Jackson Hewitt. I was really confused on where to go next after learning that the tax people I always go to closed down because of COVID. I wanted to make sure everything was done right though because the last thing I want during a time like this is problems with the IRS. I was welcomed by their supper friendly staff, you just feel at ease with them because they know what their talking about. The manager is so nice, she came out from her office to introduce herself and ensure all my questions was answered. I loved how she connected with me, and her efforts where truly genuine. Some places just want your money but not here they value the relationship with the customer. I will be back for many more years to come and let me just say this, sometimes you may have a bad experience at one location same company but you are totally blown away by giving it a shot, and this Jackson Hewitt deserves the business from the community.

Covid happen and I was honestly lost with my Tax situation... I had moved from out of state and this was the only place open but they went above and beyond to get my taxes done before the extended deadline and they are the friendliest/ professional team. Thank you for putting all your effort into my complicated IRS issues

Worst service ever! The lady working there as soon as I walked in she was not friendly she said how can I help you I told her I'm having trouble logging in to get my payment on the IRS website I was wondering if you can help me because my Jackson Hewitt office is closed and she said if you didn't do your taxes at this office no I cannot help you wear a franchise I said okay maybe you can explain this letter that I got from the IRS. All she did was repeat everything I just told her but in different wording she had an attitude and was like call corporate maybe they can help you I said everything is closed I'm not getting any answers over the phone your office is open that's what I walked in here all my information will be in your system she said nowhere franchise you have to call corporate so I went to another Jackson Hewitt and they were much friendlier and the girl there did help me so the lady at the Tweedy office did not want to help me very rude had an attitude and basically wanted me to leave. I do not recommend this place at all why are they open if they don't want to help people out!!!,
