“I have started to go to this 7-eleven in the past 2 days because my kids started school and it's close by the school, the morning person that is there is always so helpful, he today gave me a suggestion to try the new freshly brewed coffee and I'm glad I did it was delicious! Oh and he also recommended the cookies they bake daily, they are just so soft and gooey just the way I like them, and he's always mopping and cleaning the place. I am so glad I can come see a smiling face when picking up my coffee daily, thank you for the recommendations”

She answered all my questions and kept in touch when I went to exchange the Stylo 5 (I was dissapointed with the quality of the new model) The other girl I dont know her name but also very nice and patient. The reason I didnt give the 5 stars is because they dont have all the phones available, like I wanted the iPhone 8. But I got the galaxy A20 and I love it.”

I go to this 7 Eleven frequently and so far I have not seen any bad service from anybody! There are new staff and old staff and they have never ONCE discriminated me or yelled at me. The place is always clean and spotless and they follow COVID protocol. I apologize if anybody has gone through bad service but I assure you it’s 100% better than it was a year ago!”
“Oscar was such a helpful associate, he was very kind and courteous and helped my friend get a family plan (plus senior discount) with free phone bonuses (just pay a small fee per phone) and he still managed to waive some activation fees for those phones. “Based on my personal experiences, I honestly never felt that the staff never underperformed or did a "bad job." The only time they were closed, was due to some power outage, during the rain season. But that was over a year ago. Aside from that, it's good! In fact, earlier today, the young man over the counter asked me twice if I wanted a bag, and I replied, "No, it's okay." Yet, he gave me the bag as a kind gesture. He probably knew, I wasn't in a good mood. But that small thing made my day. These little things make a world of difference.”

“This place was always my go to since I was raised most of my childhood in the nearby neighborhoods, San Gabriel was my home street. Point is that I am real fond of this location and this new guy who I encountered today, 1/18/2020, he was on the cashier. I walked in, he said nothing, I told him, "good morning" he said nothing. I brushed it off because I thought maybe he didn't hear me but then I got my drink, walked to the counter and began paying, he said nothing the entire time, after the transaction gets approved I say, "thank you" and he says nothing,... People, I'm not asking for more than a basic reply but if you're working in customer service and this is the level of service you give then you need to be reprimanded. Whoever the new guy is he's rude, he treats you like you're not even there, can't even be bothered to say you're welcome. Which sucks because while the previous people didn't have the most welcoming demeanor at first glance, after many visits they become pretty cool people, always cracking jokes and honestly as a child this was the place my cousins sister and family members all would walk to this place and get us refreshments and snacks so seeing that this dude not even trying to give good customer service is just upsetting /:”

“I was looking for some white flats for my daughter and of course I wasn't able to find her size. I asked a sales associate for help and she was able to scan the barcode and tell me there was one pair left I the store. She directed me to returns to see if maybe they were left somewhere out of place. After asking a few different associates for help and everyone redirecting me somewhere else I ran into Jeffrey!!!! I am so thankful that I did. He was able to see on his end that the shoes I was looking for had just been delivered and could be in the back. After a few minutes he came out with the shoes in hand! Thank you SO much Jeffrey for putting in the extra work today to make my daughter so happy! Your customer service was amazing!!!”
