I lost $40 at this gas station yesterday to pump gas at pump #16. I accidentally thought it was pump #6. I quickly ran back in to let the cashier knew that I paid to the wrong pump. The Asian lady used her debit card to pump $30 at pump #6. She said she didn’t get free gasoline from free. The cashier said she would check the camera for in half an hour. She gave me the receipt and said someone already used my $40 at pump 6. I came back to the store with the Asian lady at pump 6 then other cashier took my receipt and didn’t give it back. At the end the manager didn’t show me video camera as she promised and none of them helped me anything. This is the last time I went to this gas station. They lie and threw my receipt away.

Gas good. Workers suck! Don't buy anything but gas! I bought some candy and took a bite. It was dry, so I took it back. She said she couldn't return it because it was within the date printed on the package. But I could talk to her manager tomorrow. I'm from Sacramento how's that going to work

I filled in my gas and purchased a car wash, however after I drove my car to the car wash station, then I knew the car wash was out of service, so I went into the store asking for my car wash refund back, I was rejected because the lady told me that my manager was not here, also because I bought at the gas bump not in store I was shocked since the gas pump is part of their whole business. Today I went to the store again asking for refund. Again I was rejected, no refund because the manager was there again. At the mean time, there was a lady came in asking for refund for her car wash. Same issue. This is totally a BS. I do not recommend this business to anyone. The service is horrible. The cashier did not even looking at you. Do not know what to say. People have to drive and come to get the refund several times. It is a shame. We are going to report to BBB. Actual I should not give even one star

today is 10/01/2002 at around 11.45 am I came in cashier to pay $30 even for gas , but I only got $29.99 for gas . I came inside cashier I ask the lady : I paid $30 even for gas but I only just got $29.99 for gas ?.. And why you enter buy only $29.99 ????... i need 1cent back , I don't mind loose 1cent but you really rip off customer , this is not accident or mistake .... You just want to pay $29.99 . Everyday you collect each customer 1cent and a few thousand customers or more than that then you can get extra money for everyday , every week and monthly . I GOOD LIKE THE HEAD QUARTER CONTROL ABOUT THESE RIP OFF CASHIER WORK IN THERE .EVERY BODY BECAREFUL !
