I want to thank Kevin for the outstanding customer service and the extra mile you went to fit my Lexus. I had work complete by G&C in Santa Rosa but was in Sonoma and had a small fix for my Lexus. Kevin looked at my car and fixed one size but need a Lexus part. Kevin on his personally time picked up the part in Santa Rosa and make sure his team in Sonoma knew I would be coming in to have the part installed. The commitment to customer services and stepping out and not making me drive to Santa Rosa was very much appreciated. To learn work completed by G&C Auto Body is guaranteed for life as long as you own your vehicle is best, I have heard in the industry. Highly recommend G&C Auto Body.

Ian gets a standing ovation for going Above and Beyond! This company truly cares and it shows through their wonderful employees! The staff I encountered were all very concise and polite. I got rear ended… this shop did a perfect perfect job of reassembling the back of my car. It’s a super clean professional outfit. And the extra special cherry on top is that they did an amazing detailing job on my car and it smells soo good and is soo soo extra clean. 5 stars for professionalism and my car is perfect. Just what you need after car accident drama !!Thank you!!!

I feel like going to the auto body shop is the last thing anybody really WANTS to do... so imagine my surprise when G&C made this the easiest experience possible! I was rear-ended on the way home from work a couple of weeks ago. The other driver was young and had another accident on his record, so his family asked to pay for the repairs rather than going through insurance. I was nervous, but I had the other driver's info, and decided to stop by G&C for a quote on the repair cost...From start to finish, Ryan and Ashley both made sure I was completely taken care of! They wrote a detailed quote that was incredibly reasonable, and they also helped me coordinate payment with the other party. The entire process was incredibly smooth and took less than two weeks from the time I first walked in the door. The repairs themselves took less than two days, even with some additional service that was not included on my quote, with zero additional charge! They even washed my car for me, and believe me, I had been putting it off for months... Seriously, these folks are the real deal! I could not ask for a better experience. This is the first time I've ever had to deal with repairs after an accident, and the staff at G&C made sure I was comfortable and informed the whole time. I cannot recommend them enough! P.S. I would include pictures of my new bumper, but I don't really want my license plate on Yelp. You'll just have to take my word for it - my car has never looked better from the back!

I'm delighted to give G&C auto Body a full 5-stars for service and professionalism. Brie and Damien were excellent to work with, gave clear explanations as to the process, arranged for easy car rental...and did it all with a smile. They replaced the crunched quarter panel, matched the paint perfectly, and restored some dings and scratches that were not part of the quoted repair. All this was done in 4 days. Their service and attitude were outstanding. Thanks, G&C!

We were visiting family in Sonoma when we were rear ended at a metering light. The damage to our vehicle involved the rear bumper and liner. We couldn't drive the vehicle as the rear bumper liner was pushed up against the rear driver's side tire. We had our vehicle towed to G & C Auto Body and they were able to squeeze us in and inspect the damage and provide a quick fix that allowed us to drive back home. The manager, Brie, was extremely friendly and reassuring that they could take care of our problem. There are still good people in this world! Thank you G & C Auto Body!

My expectations heading into a fender-bender fix were low. It's just a darn nuisance and a pain. In addition, I was wary of shadowy and potentially steep financial surprises. However, G&C made the entire process easy, clear, and timely. Suitable for entry into the Ripley's-Believe-It-Or-Not category.Ian, at the Sonoma store, was great. He handled everything from the initial consultation/estimate to the handing off of the repaired, (and washed!), vehicle without a single misstep. Next time I need auto-body repairs Ian is my first and only call.

Worst customer service of my life! Took my truck here to have some repairs done and was told it would take 2 weeks to repair. Instead took them over 2 months to get my truck back to me. During the repairs they refused to give me a rental so I had to pay for one out of pocket. I was told that they would reimburse me for the rental car. However it took them forever to get that taken care of as well!

Had some body repairs 5 years ago, paid by check. The repairwork began to crack and rust. Brought it back to G&C. They said they would not provide a warranty because they had not records that old? Poor customer service, Poor workmanship. Had another car with a door replacement from insurance. The door screeches and lacks the insulation on the interior door. The road noise is significant. Cheap parts, cheap service.

Not only are their repairs trash, they consume so much trash that it over flows there garbage bins every week and ends up on our side of property. Todays its ended up on top of this carport.

We brought our car here for an estimate which took over a month to recieve. It came in at over 5K. When my husband questioned them they got defensive about the quote. So we took it to Daniele's in Sonoma who gave us a quote within hours of $2100. G&C is clearly taking advantage of the Insurance company which is dishonest. I will not be going to them or recommending them to others in our community. It's disappointing.

Got the car in ASAP and worked very well with the insurance company. Lots of work on this one but car was repaired in a timely manner.
