I have been a patient of Gaspar Doctors of Physical Therapy in Solana Beach on and off for about 15 years and they are THE BEST. Jeff Brown and Josh Boydston are Doctors of Physical Therapy and are the wonderful proprietors of this facility. Their staff of additional Doctors of P.T. and therapists are well-trained and provide great therapy. The "behind-the-desk" staff headed up by Office Manager Brenda, is very welcoming when you walk in the door, which makes for a very congenial atmosphere. I strongly recommend this facility to anyone who requires the best physical therapy and "tender loving care" at the same time!

Aabah Shah and her helpers at Gaspar in Solana Beach have been amazing! They make my 10 year old son feel welcome, part of a team, and give him thorough care and exercises every time. We couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Gaspar Doctors of Physical Therapy are the best! Following repair surgery to my left Achilles tendon, I started physical therapy at Gaspar PT in Solana Beach. My PT doctor was primarily Dr. Jeff Brown, and on occasion, Dr. Josh Boydston. At every visit, I felt like I was in the best hands possible, helping me move toward healing and regaining strength, flexibility, and range of motion in my ankle and Achilles tendon. Jeff and Josh, as well as the PT assistants, were always professional, friendly, caring, compassionate, and personable. They make going to physical therapy fun. Their level of knowledge and expertise is remarkable and this always left me filled with confidence in their treatment and my recovery. Not only did they help me with the actual physical treatment, but helped instill reasonable expectations and patience in me, which resulted in steady improvement and healing.It is apparent they love what they’re doing – helping people on the road to healing and recovery. In my humble opinion, there is no better place to be than in the healing hands of the doctors at Gaspar. They are the best! Without reservation, I highly recommend Doctors of Gaspar Physical Therapy.

Best PT I have been to and I have been to many. Jeff is very good and super knowledgeable about all things related to your body. Staff is very nice, caring and not pushy at all.The team has done wonders with my degenerative discs in my neck. I can only recommend.

This was my first physical therapy experience and the overall experience has exceeded my expectations. I thought that my knee injury would require an MRI and probably surgery. However the expert treatments that I received have enabled me to resume all physical activity. I could not be more happy or thankful.

Gaspar physical therapy is the best.I experienced 6 months of sciatic nerve pain and unable to sleep through the night. It was getting worse and starting to affect daily activities.After a month of visits to Gaspar my pain was relieved. I was given exercise techniques to work on at home which paired with appointments at the Gaspar DPT made sleeping without pain possible.The therapists pinpoint muscle/skeletal problems and form a plan to address these issues. I will always be grateful for their expertise.

Jeff Brown and Gaspar physical therapy are real professionals. Following lumbar back surgery I Rehab with them twice a week. I’m delighted with my progress and their attention to detail. Highly recommend them.

Dr. Anna diagnosed the problems I was experiencing, provided me with exercises to fix the issue, and did want me to come back for repeat visits. Very professional from A to Z! Highly recommended. Exceptional.

If you are in need of PT I highly recommendGaspar in Solana Beach. The facility is large, the staff from the front desk to the therapists & assistants are all great. Josh was my major therapist & he has been very helpful in guiding me out of the pain I was in when I first came in.

I've received physical therapy at the Gaspar, Solana Beach location for 4 weeks to improve a continuing neck injury from 2 rear end car accidents causing whip lash, damaging discs in my neck, causing stiffness, less range of motion, and discomfort.The staff here have developed a plan of physical therapy and exercises that have improved my neck's range of motion, less stiffness and much more comfortable with my overall mobility and energy as well.Thanks to Josh Boydston, my physical therapist, all the technicians and intake staff, who are knowledgeable and efficient.In appreciation.Carolyn Berger
