Had a great experience here. Tom Rufo was extremely helpful and had a lot of insight and car specific knowledge that ultimately helped us decide on the best vehicle for our family.

I recently had an outstanding experience at the Simi Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM dealership. The entire process of getting my car was incredibly quick and easy, which was a pleasant surprise. A special shoutout to Syd, my car salesman—he truly went above and beyond. Syd was straightforward, professional, and efficient, ensuring there were no games or delays. His dedication to delivering exceptional service made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend this dealership and Syd for anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience!

1. Sold me a brand new '24 Wrangler 4xe that had rodent's nest full of dry leaves which left a strong piss smell in the compartment next to the battery. The only cleaning they did when I took the vehicle back to them was just blowing the leaves out.
2. Vehicle was having misfires and stalling issues with less than 500 miles on it. Check engine light was also flashing when it happened. Dealer kept the vehicle for diagnoses, since they couldn't reproduce the issue, they handed it back to me saying everything was fine.
3. During the time vehicle was kept at the dealership, they did not even provide me with a rental. Their excuse was "we don't have any rentals at the moment." Didn't even provide me with the alternative for transportation.
4. Hood silencer was chewed by rodents, ordered by "Mario", the service manager, 2 months ago and still have not received it. They keep telling me I would receive call back but they never do.
Buying a Jeep was supposed to be exciting, but Simi Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has made it a nightmare for me. THE WORST customer service. I regret making the purchase from them. Stay away from them if possible, all they want is to sell you something and have zero empathy afterwards.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with the Team in Simi Valley. They took care of our entire family while we were there. They were honest and went above and beyond to ensure we went home with the vehicle we wanted. Thank you Syd and Asad!!!!

I’m dealing with my Simi Valley jeep on the clutch recall. They never ever call me back. It’s impossible to get a return call. When my car was in the dealer for the clutch they called me once, Alex the advisor, and I called 4x and no response. Never. They ordered the wrong part, then I had to pick up my jeep that’s been sitting on the street for 4 days next to the dealership. They said they’ll call me in 2 weeks to schedule thr appointment for the clutch recall… yup, you guessed it, no call!!
After a month I called parts and was on hold. Then the person called siad they’ll call me back. 4 days later no called back. It’s a bunch of losers who work there with zero motivation in life f them. Now I gotta call jeep to get another appointment at a different city cause I don’t trust these morons.

Not a trustworthy dealership to do business with. Found a particular vehicle online being offered for sale through Autotrader and said let me inquire on the deal to make sure it's legit. To which I had the opportunity to be helped by a salesman named Kobe. He seemed to be helpful at first when given the stock number for a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe being advertised at just under $40,000. I mentioned I would like to purchase the vehicle and the first red flag had shown up that price is actually only valid if you were to lease the vehicle. If you decide to proceed with financing or purchasing the vehicle it's actually around $45k-$46k plus taxes and whatever. So Ona whim I said sure let's lease the car gave him all the required info in order to calculate a payment. He told me he would call back and usually that only takes around 15 minutes maybe half an hour later.
Not only did it take an hour and a half later I had to call to check on his progress. He responded he had 3 other customers in front of him whether True or not the least you can do is advise your potential customer "sorry I'm busy or I'm still working on it I don't know anything".
Then another hour and a half later went by so total 3 hours plus from when I inquired. A "Sales Manger named Daniel" called me saying great news I got a payment for you when I had asked why was the payment so much because I already have a lease that costs more than the vehicle I inquired about he advised "oh yeah by the way those prices are no good no more actually in between our 2 phone calls we raised the prices" I told him that was odd and not very honest for a dealer to be doing and it's not a mistakes that they made it was kinda a trap to lure in customers. $38,478 hade become $45,000.
To put it short stay away from this dealer unless you are looking to be taken advantage of. Proof of prices will be attached below if anyone's curious. Wasn't one car being advertised it was several.
Edit: Great response from the GM or manager or whomever is in charge of the Google reviews for the 3 day late response. Maybe you shouldn't make excuses as to how prices can be not accurate and blaming others for your mistakes and shadiness. When I called I wanted to purchase the vehicle and your salesman Kobe said the $38,478 is accurate and available but only if your to lease the vehicle not purchase. And when your Sales Manager Daniel called me he said that the price was now updated and raised from the initial 38 thousand price we spoke prior on. Maybe take some initiative and don't contradict your sales team, as opposed to blaming the problem on yourself as a real Man would. Very disappointed in the misrepresentation and distrust this isn't the first time I was gonna get a car here but I decided to give it another shot. I learned my mistake and I hope everyone can learn from mine.

Dealership did not have car after I called earlier in the day to confirm its availability. Then the manager said they do NOT USE outside financing such as navy federal. What a disgrace to the veteran and active duty military community

My husband and I had a really good experience with this Dealership. We were able to get a good deal on a vehicle we’ve been wanting for a very long time. Thanks to the car salesman who helped us and the representative we got a sweet deal and warranty.
