Very helpful employees. They check my tire pressure for me after my fill up, smog checks within minutes while I wait, I can use either my Shell fuel rewards or my Ralphs rewards

This is the main gas station I go to in town and that is because of how helpful and welcoming the staff are. I recently got my smog checked here for the first time and Havi assisted me. He answered every question I had and went above and beyond to make sure all of my concerns were addressed. Since then, Havi has answered any and all questions I have about engine issues whenever I stop in. Havi is great and I will definitely have my smog taken care of here next time around.

The BEST gas station in Simi Valley hands down! Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. DMV services offered quick and efficiently. My favorite alcohol is only sold here and no other store in Simi has it so I find myself here often and I am always greeted with a smile from the cashier. This has been my smog shop for over 25 years, the staff is fantastic and they always take care of me. The car wash is my favorite one in town since its pretty fast and gets the job done well.

Cleanest and friendliest gas station in town. Customers are always greeted with a smile. The convenience store stocks the latest and greatest products. One stop shop with smog check, car wash, and DMV services all under one roof.

Something as simple as a deluxe car wash generates this review. I purchased a deluxe car wash at the pump. I parked in the car wash tunnel where the wash began. I noticed that there were no soap bubbles or a colored soap if any kind. I addressed this with the store clerk who said for the lower priced washes a clear soap is used, what did you say. Apparently, the most expensive wash has colored soap. I don't believe this line of BS from the store clerk. Instead of requesting my money back I'm writing to warn you to be aware that this Shell Sycamore uses water only for the Deluxe wash and charges $7.00 for water.

I'm a traveling consultant and need to use the bathroom every so often before I meet with clients. I stopped by Sycamore Shell station and asked the cashier for the key to the bathroom. Wow, they probably have the nicest and cleanest bathroom I have ever gone to for a service station! Thank you for taking pride in your facility and just wanted to let you know how appreciative I am for what you do!
