I did not catch her name but the Hispanic woman working at this location was one of the rudest, most unpleasant people I've had the displeasure of dealing with. She was definitely more interested in going to take her vape break than assisting. I will not be back at this location after that interaction

Napa always gives you the right part and always good service. If I go to another competitor they always get the wrong part and have to go back for the right one, but not at Napa, seems they always get it right.

This is a fantastic store with the best customer service ever. We had an issue with our diesel generator and both employees went out of their way to help us find what we needed. They didn't always have what it was that we did need, but that had to do with the parts not being readily available anywhere and not the store itself. Highly recommended, especially for anyone looking for more commercial parts.
