The insurance broker is great. However, due to water leaks beyond my control, and theft that I canceled not knowing they still will be considered losses. I was dropped and have the world worst insurance company possible and expensive. But I have insurance thanks to your team.not your fault. You guys are great. I have learned a lot. Thanks farmers. You are great. Don't turn anything in ever. My new motto.

It is commonly known that securing Home insurance in California has been increasingly difficult, particularly as it applies to fire coverage. Shaun Yates and his team (Diana Andrews) did an exemplary job of providing options to consider that met my needs & desire to find a policy that was comprehensive and price competitive. After being a patron of AAA for decades, I was pleasantly surprised that Farmers ticked all of my boxes. Diana was my primary contact and she was knowledgeable, attentive and patient in guiding me through the process.
