$4.99 is the best price around during these high gas prices. It is even better to come here during Costco Wholesale store's non-business hours, which is before 10am and after 8:30pm when it's less crowded with cars. I just wish the place had squeegees to clean the glass windshield of my car lol

Reliably the least expensive gas in town, and great hours. Make sure you don't go during rush hour if you don't want to wait in line.

This is a great Costco. Staff is friendly and always helpful. Supervisor Daniel, has assisted me a couple of times, and his customer service skills are amazing! Today he helped me with a portable ac inquiry. Very pleasant to deal with. Keep up the great work everyone!!!

Self checkout makes faster lines, so much easier for few or many items. Some items not available any more, but other items a real bargain for price and quality. Some food court choices also gone Cash back on the costco visa makes once a year splurge great like an $85 ribeye roast but for everyday the rotisserie chicken is unbeatable for up to four delicious meals.

Decent Costco , but super busy at times but now costco has quick self check out so there really isn't a line . I left my card in the car once post gas purchase and it was easy having the manager look up my account they did it while i was in the quick check. Since this costco is in Ventura County the liquor prices are much lower as well as the gasoline. However they don't carry some of the premium liquors brands that other costco's carry like lagavulin 16 . The gas price per gallon 4/6/22 $5.39 for 87 Octane .

DO NOT GO TO THE INDEPENDENT OPTOMETRIST!!! I've been a patient with Dr. Foster since I was 8 years old. I am now 32, and I'm sad to say that I will be looking for a new optometrist. I just got off the phone with the new receptionist who couldn't help. Yesterday, I called the optical department about ordering a box of contacts. My insurance only allows me to have an eye exam once a year and and I needed one more pair to get me through the month until my next appointment. The lady in the optical department said she put the box on hold with my name on it so I could pick it up after work. Well when I got there, she said that she was calling all day to let me know that the inventory didn't reset so they didn't actually have a box for me. I need contacts because I can't always wear glasses. So she ordered a box of contacts for me, but they take 3 days to come in. I need contacts as soon as possible, so today I called the new optometrist (who took over for Dr. Foster) to see if they could help me with a sample pair to get me through until the box of contacts the optical department ordered came in. The new receptionist was incredibly rude, raised her voice and told me 'if I would have called a week ago, she could have given me a sample of contacts. But because I'm due for an eye exam she cannot give me a sample set.' I will NOT be going to this doctor. I am incredibly sad to hear that Dr. Foster is gone. Sad that they are losing a patient who has been going there for so many years.

What has happened to the great Costco Hotdog? The hotdog was one third larger than the bun. There was no onions and no deli mustard. I was so disappointed.

I'm bothered by the thought that Daniel looked at me as if I was stealing!!! Their cashier missed to scan an item. Daniel was the one who checked upon exit. I didn't have a good experience. I called and spoke with Erick, branch management. They can check the cameras and my membership number on my purchases which I provided. Daniel told me that I didn't pay for 1 item. My receipt is showing 18 products purchased but he is seeing 19. So he checked again and again. At first I didn't mind at all as he should check. This made me very upset and embarrassed in public. He was trying to imply that I stole that 1 item and did not pay for it.

$4.5 still better than $4.6 and no wonder the line of cars getting here to pump gas, well it's way out there avoiding all that LA traffic, so you're in luck, but then getting out after you're done will require some mathematical skill, since there's 2 gas pumps each row but the gap in between them are so small, you cannot drive around the other car unless he/she decided to move up to the end and get out of your way, that's usually the case here, just gotta watch both ways as you exit

It has everything a costco would normally have. I got this awesome 20 spice rack by Kamenstein there. It was $20 which was so much cheaper than buying all the spices individually. There's a food court, restroom, gas station, auto repair, tire shop and free air for tires. Everything is clean, organized and well priced. A lot of the sampling was reduced due to the pandemic which is a bummer. They also have tofu and some asian specialties that other Costcos would not have.

Not as good as they have a reputation for. Not that helpful or good at line control. Medications are often "out of stock", and that could partly be the times, but their pharmacists imply that your best option for getting it filled consistently is to take it someplace else. They have filled at least one of our prescriptions with a generic brand without checking first, and frequently overlook applying the membership discount to medications you have to pay for outside of insurance. One time my family member had a negative side affect from a medication and the doctor said it was important to report it to the prescribing pharmacy and the pharmacist literally shrugged and said they weren't responsible to report it to anyone. (Seriously? I guess they never heard of Thalidomide.)And yes, they do refuse to fill some legitimate, legal prescriptions. They have refused my son's prescription for years even though it is has been prescribed by several specialists, including a doctor who now serves on the state of California's pharmacy board.

Costco appears to be going down hill faster and faster. During a recent visit to Costco tire center at about 3pm, on Jan 14th, 2022, I enquired about the possible warranty replacement of a battery that was replaced under warranty at 3 years, 11 month prior. The prior battery failed at about 3 years, 4 months, but at that time they would replace the battery for up to 42 months. And they used to prorate after that. It appears that Interstate battery, Costco's battery supplier, is now producing a lesser quality product , and Costco, is having some warranty issues, hence the pull back in the warranty period. To top it off, George, the person I dealt with had an attitude and made snarky comments to my queries concerning the failure rates of the batteries they carry. The customer prior to me had dropped off 2batteries dated 9/18, which makes it appear the batteries the sell will barely make the reduced warranty period. And their tire road hazard warranty is no longer as good as it once was, as there now charge $9.99 to install a tire under that road hazard policy. I had quit buying tires there after them giving me a hard time concerning tire warranty issues in the past, but they seemed to have relaxed the standards a bit, so I purchased my last set of tires there and have been generally happy with them. It appears that the great service and quality products that has been a hallmark of Costco is no longer a concern to Costco. Is it possible that Costco will go the way of other defunct retailers? Looking like a possibility in my opinion. I give them 5 years.

The trick to Costco to avoid many customer is to go when they just open which is what we did. This Costco is across the street from my work so I knew that it doesn't get as busy as other Costco. We came here solely to look for the Presto Heater Dish but they didn't have them in the store. We asked a employee and they said it's usually in Aisle 103 or 104. So we just left after that but I saw you can call your local Costco before going to see if they have it in stock. I also took advantage of getting a hot dog and drink deal here, just know that it's outside. There was no container for the sauces so you have to put them on your hot dog physically if you're not eating there.
