They both juggled a non stop line while helping my family and I with a complicated and heavy shipment. They were calm and very understanding and walked us through the process to give us the best expectations for our packages. Even the rough estimate of cost was accurate! This level of genuine friendliness and composure in a packed store is honestly refreshing and a welcome service that I only wish was common in more frequented stores. Excellent job!”
“Good selection, but their is a shortage of employees. The store can look sloppy at times, and items need to be restocked, but it is obvious they do not have enough people working there. The lines are long to check out, but the merchandise is reasonable in price, and though they are obviously being worked hard, the staff is still kind and polite to their customers.”
