Someone had “some stomach issues” in the bathroom. Instead of flushing their toilet paper, they put their soiled paper in the trash can (with no lid).Nice selection of drinks.

It doesn't make me happy to leave less than stellar reviews, but it's pretty terrible that you guys turned away a 5 year old kid who really needed to use the restroom. I understand you turning away an adult asking to use your facilities, but a KID?? Really? On opening day of little league? We are your neighbors and customers! How about some neighborly love? Leaving an extra star because I do realize that the situation could've been different with a different employee...but guys, please don't do this to the next child who comes in needing to use the restroom.

This is one of my favorite gas stations! I work in Sierra madre but I live in Sylmar so I always try to plan my gas so that I can fill up when I'm here. This place is ten cents cheaper than the arco by my house. It's crazy that I've seen some negative reviews about the man who works in the store (I see him here more than others so I'm going on an assumption that he may be the owner) because I think he is the sweetest! He always has a smile for me and tells me to have a good day. And I feel like he actually means it versus just generic customer service. There are two other women I've encountered while there as well and they are both also pleasant and efficient. Couldn't find anything negative to say. Small station. 4 pumps. Would much rather support this than a large chain. And my wallet loves it too. This is my place!
