Brandon in the service department is awesome! I brought in my car with multiple concerns that were quoted to me from a different shop. The report they gave me was very comprehensive and included high quality videos and pictures. Brandon walked me through each service and was honest with me on which were higher priorities. When I told him that my brother can fix most things on my car and that I was going to ask him first before committing, he supported me and didn’t try to scare me into getting any service immediately like most other repair shops. I ended up getting some part quotes for my own repairs, and got the messy repairs done here. The best part of this dealer is they always do the inspection and fluid top off, as well as an outside wash and window wash complimentary.
Bonus points for the VERY cool Forester and Brat in the waiting area.

This has been a very pleasant experience purchasing our 2024 Subaru Ascent at Shingles Springs Subaru. This is our 16th car purchase and has been the most pleasant and easiest car purchase we ever had. Trevor was very knowledgeable, helpful, honest and straightforward. Staff at Subaru Shingle Springs are very friendly and helpful.

Awesome customer service and people are great. This is my 4th car from this dealer and they treat all customers as family. Kevin was our salesman for the 2024 ascent touring and he has helped us pick our 21 impreza hatchback back in 2021. He is great with lots of knowledge about cars and subaru in particular. Great customer service and helpful when it comes to questions about cars. And this is what makes you think of Shingle Springs Subaru for your next car needs. We always love going there for service and parts and the treatment is always the same. They listen to your needs and budget first before showing you cars. Never over sell anything that you don’t need. Always in the best interest of the customer.

Everytime I bring my car in for service, I use service writer Brandon. He is the best service writer I have dealt with. And I use a lot of different dealers for my fleet of trucks at my work. Brandon always gives honest feedback and I never feel pressured. I fully recommend the service department at Shingle Springs Subaru.

This is my second time buying a Subaru at Shingle Springs Subaru. (The first time was for a used car, this time was for a new car.) The experience with Brandon (Sales Rep) and later with Omar (Finance) was outstanding and could not have gone more smoothly. No pressures with up-sales and no surprises/hidden fees after picking a car to buy. This was as easy-going and stress-free of a car buying experience that I have ever had. Kevin Powell was the best salesman to help guide us through our purchase! We highly recommend him, Omar, Jeff, Lilly and the rest of the staff for helping make us feel good about choosing them for our new car purchase! Kevin stayed in touch and guided us through the entire process from start to finish weeks before we even came in and we are so glad we found him. So I have an update.....I have 2 new subaru's from them and love them, and purchasing them was wonderful. We have a close associate who purchased a used Dodge truck from them and started having problems with it. And still having problems. He had purchased an extended warranty, and they would not honor it. Reason, they forgot to do a safety check on the truck, and he found out the truck and Vin do not match what he bought. They will not buy the truck back or honor the warranty. They pretty much said you're on your own. They will not give him any money back.
Update: we found out that Kevin grudin lied about everything. Sorry for the review. 5 stars

I had been happy so far with my 23 outback and shingle springs Subaru but when I had the tires rotated and the oil changed recently they did not make me aware that I had an alignment issue and when I called them they said unless I asked them for an inspection they weren't going to tell me I had a problem. This is not how my normal mechanic or tire shop does things so I may not be going back to them for routine maintenance service

Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Eddy and Dawn at Shingle Springs Suburu! My 2017 Forester needed repairs on its air conditioner and they were SO helpful and letting me know what was going on and when repairs would be done. Eddy got me in a loaner for a couple of days, and my car was repaired better than new! Highly recommend this dealership! I will be back when I need a new car!

We traveled from Oregon to buy a car from Kevin Powell at Shingle Springs and it was a fabulous buying experience. From the multiple calls, texts, and emails to the welcoming environment the moment we walked in the door. Kevin and the general manager were exceptional. They went out of their way to make my first car buying experience even more memorable!

Competent and friendly staff. Prompt service. Video of my car emailed to me, demonstrating the problem. This definitely increased my trust level, which was low due to bad experiences in the past with other dealerships. Highly recommend them.

The crew at Shingle Springs Subaru took such great care in fixing the a/c in my car during that triple digit heatwave. I cover alot of miles for work in my Subie, and they provided a car for me to use while my car was in the shop-- and I didn't miss a beat. The turn around time was efficient and I was back into my beloved mobile office/mobile beach house in no time!
