This business is essentially a scam operation. The other reviews are totally true. Our furniture arrived broken and we were charged a shuttle fee despite the driver saying he'd be able to park on the shoulder of a neighborhood road. They are looking to take advantage of you and manipulate you for more money. We ended up having to pay $461.25 extra because the driver didn't want to park on the shoulder despite me getting permission from local PD and building management. Do not trust this company. So far they are giving non answers to my inquiries and refusing a refund. Save your money and pack a UHaul with some friends or family, that cost me way less and none of my stuff got broken, oh, and no one lied to me.

Worst company to have move your things- DONT use them!!they have given me 5 differnt delivery dates. my things are still not here its been 13days. I have been hung up on and have been over charged.

Had to pay an extra 5000.00 over estimate because when they showed up they said it would not fit in truck. After paying the extra our stuff still would not fit and they wanted more money, we said just fill it up and the we rented a U-Haul for the rest of our stuff and it was very inexpensive. Also alot of our stuff was damaged. We originally contracted with International van lines but after we paid the deposit they handed us off to VIP and then ceased all contact with us. Apparently this is very common in this industry

*****Please Read and think twice or even Three times Before Using this company******This is a copy of their mission statement on their Website"VIP Moving & Storage is about so much more, though. Since 2012, long distance moving customers in the Greater Los Angeles Area and the San Fernando Valley have relied on our professionalism and our decades of experience to ensure that everything arrives safely, securely and on target."Unfortunately this is a very misleading statement, we contracted VIP moving and the so called " professionalism" to move my Elderly Parent from San Francisco Area to The East Coast. We also contracted them to Protect and Pack the Chia Cabinet and its contents. all 4 boxes of being professionally packed and secure was an utter failure. All 4 boxes contained broken items and all 90% of the boxes left the house in CA prefect and arrived in Boston Crushed and tore up including the China Cabinet Contents. No Bubble Wrap No protective contents just wrapped in tissue paper and due to the barbaric treatment of the boxes it obviously didn't survive3 generations of priceless Crystal and China Destroyed and the company ins policy states .60 cents per pound so 4 lbs of crushed china and crystal would only amount to $2.40 My Elderly Mother was devastated.Customer service was very un emphatic and went so for as to try and blame us and did not seem to care or take responsibility.And several other problems and communicationPlease *** DO NOT US THIS COMPANY***1 star in my opinion is way to high and this is my sole opinion

Out of all of the movers who responded to my yelp request, VIP was the easiest to understand and they scheduled when I needed and confirmed quickly. Was a very low stress experience. Alex and Oleg were on time and very careful. My move had lots of antique and fragile furniture and nothing was damaged. They also took away all of the boxes and plastic wrap, and didn't charge extra for the packing materials. It was a great experience!

VIP Movers we're great. They showed up on time and took very good care of all of my belongings. They did not break one item. There were no scuffs or scratches on any of my furniture. They put covering down for all of the hardwood floors which were not damaged with all of the heavy furniture. I really appreciated how careful they were moving everything. I will use them again if I move.

VIP movers were amazing and made my move really easy and fast! I had Roman, Maxim, and Yerlan to help and they were all excellent. Very professional, careful, and detail-oriented. They were extremely experienced and respectful of all my belongings. I would definitely recommend using them for any future moves!

This was the first time I have needed a moving company but VIP was extremely great! Sam, David, Dontrell, and Reon worked until 10:00 o'clock at night and it was in very high heat. These guys worked very hard, never complained, and took care of our things making sure to protect the fragile items and helped with taping boxes. These guys moved us from Houston to Onalaska, unloading just as carefully as they loaded our possessions! Sam, David, Dontrell and Reon protected our new floors as they unloaded as well as the walls! They put everything in it's proper room, set up beds, and all of the furniture!! These guys made my choice of VIP grateful! How do you choose a moving company? Call VIP, talk to Angie, follow her instructions, and then get the crew!! Simple...Many Thanks to everyone at VIP !!!
