They are not punctual or proper with their time. The Customer service is not to its proper standard. There was a young lady who called my mother to confirm an appointment today and was confirmed. My mother arrives on time and then another party arrives after her. Then the employees proceed to provide their attention and service to them first. That does not show customer service as it should be. There was no communicating the wait time, the patience of the customer being appreciated, or overall giving a sense of belonging there as a customer should feel when stepping into a bank.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. We give countless amounts of interest and money to these banks, in return they hire one person at the teller window and offer zero customer service. This place is terrible. I've been coming to this bank for over 15 years. Its literally an atrocious experience everytime. Waiting in line to see a teller and waiting for over 45 mins is ridiculous. Cheap bank. Horrible management and horrible location. Stay away.

Nice tellers. Understaffed, even before Covid.There can be more than 10 people in line with 1 or 2 tellers.

Line out the door and only two tellers. When asking for help they did not assist. Just other employees walking around like chickens with no heads. Absolutely horrible.

I want to start off by saying that Bank Of America need to look into the customer service that is provided by the employees at this location. The supervisor a lady with long black hair is not helpful at all she basically doesn't care that people are waiting for long periods of time and does not try to even help assist the tellers. Every time I go to the location they have a long line of 6-10 people waiting and only 1 or 2 tellers, it takes at least 15-20 mins before u are helped. For such a big corporate company that is ridiculous. I also bank with a credit union and I never wait longer than 5 mins to be help. This is the reason I opened another account with a different company because of the level of service and long waits of this bank. The supervisor should be looked at how she is running this location and maybe needs to be retrained on what her role is. Do not go to this location!!!!!! Beware of long wait time with people that look like they hate there job!

The Facility is good and clean and well organized.But the staff in the tellers counter is always short.Most of the time they have only one person in-charge to do transactions with around over 10 customers.The Manager of the bank must manage the tellers counter especially when a lot of customers waiting on the line.

I'm desperately waiting for something called an "ACH" deposit. The company who made the deposit confirmed that the transaction was "successful" but it's not in my account. I call bofa customer service and hang up after about ten minutes figuring I'll just stop at the bank on my way in and talk to a real person who can explain how this stuff all works anyhow. I'm there when they unlock the doors but all the offices are dark. I try to explain what I need and the "greeter" pushes me to use the phone or the app. So does the young lady wearing extremely tight pants, who also tells me there is no-one available to talk to me unless I have an appointment, and that all co-workers are already with people who have appointments (remember me mentioning that all the offices were dark and there was no one there?) They tell me no-one in the bank has access to customer service. Only by phone (really?!?!) So the greeter, gets me to an office, dials customer service and walks out without explaining anything leaving me alone. I too walked out after being on hold for over 17 minutes.

I asked a woman in an office if I'd be able to use their bathroom and she was extremely rude, dismissive and belittling towards me-insulting/mocking me for asking that question...She said "You're seriously asking me that? This a bank, we don't have public bathrooms."My bank does have public restrooms...city national. I came into BOA in regards to my EDD card. I was thinking of getting a credit card from them but I do not want to be associated with such a disgusting customer service branch.

11/12/21. This is the worse customer service severe! Peter the teller needs to be fired or sent to customer service class or just not In customer service. Sedaf horrible horrible leadership or whatever her name is because they refused to give a name is also unprofessional. I'm not a customer because of this reason. Went to cash a check (insurance check) they said it was over the Limit for non customers I asked well what's the limit. They can't tell me that. I felt discriminated upon. They didn't want to answer any questions and when I asked for her card she yelled at me told me "no" not giving you a card. IF YOU DON'T like people outside your race work in your own country. We are all equal here Stop hiring the wrong people to run businesses. All buisness can close. Consumers keep businesses open. I'm sending a complaint to corporate. Fire PETER and SADEF. HORRIBLE
