This is one of my favorite furniture stores in LA. I have purchased various pieces from Modernism over the years and the quality has held up. Rick is great, beyond helpful, and definitely a big part of why I continue to shop at Modernism. Would highly recommend this store! You will not be disappointed.

Modernism is the best furniture store in the area. Best customer service! Rick has always gone out of his way to answer questions. Everyone I have known who has come here has said the same thing. I've been coming here for years. The value of their selection is unmatched. They have always delivered product on time. Communication is also unbeatable. This place is a hidden treasure. Quality furniture, great selection, and their prices are good. The guy who works here offers amazing customer service. There is no high pressure sales, but when you need him, he’s right there to help. He even remembers my name! Friendly, informative and very accommodating. I’m a customer for life now.

I purchased my Jonathan Louis loveseat and chair with ottoman, since I could not find it anywhere in SoCal except Modernism. Rick is a man of his word. Extremely helpful, knowledgable, friendly, with more than reasonable pricing. Not only that, apparently some folks at the factory forgot to include some items in my order and instead of making things difficult...Rick when ahead and made it right. Great guy, and he deserves your business. Highly recommended!

Walked in ready to spend money on a unique item for our new home. Not a single associate acknowledged we were there and actually gave my partner a glaring look as to say "How dare you walk into our store." Won't be returning. To quote Pretty Woman, "Big mistake! Huge!"

Recently bought a sectional sofa from here and I could not be happier with it. Rick was terrific to work with and the entire purchase process was seamless. He even texted me day of delivery to let me know my sofa was on the way. The delivery people were also friendly and helpful to get my sofa into my condo. Great store, affordable prices, and fantastic customer service.

They carry stylish, well-made furniture, made in LA, at discount prices.I've been looking at sofas At a number of other stores, and they tend to cost $2,000 to $3,500 for something well made, and even then they don't always have the nicest fabrics.Here, there are beautiful, well made sofas, covered in extremely nice fabric, for 1,000 to $1,300. What's more, you can custom order them in a range of hundreds of fabric types and colors! And, at a time when supply chains can means months of delay, you can buy the floor models for quick delivery, and even the custom made furniture is made locally.They also carry beautiful tables, end tables, pillows, and lighting, rugs and accessories, all stylish, and exceptionally well priced.What's more, if you live in the area, delivery is very reasonable and includes setup in the room of your choice, no unboxing and assembling on your own.So make sure to add Modernism to your furniture shopping list!

Rick and the staff have a excellent variety of cool furniture and decor to choose from. I’ve bought a number of pieces from them and I’m extremely satisfied. Their prices are reasonable & they also have delivery available. Cool store to shop in!!
