November 28,2023Picked up online order @ 11am.Sadly person not accomodating,kind of brushed me off.Been a member for a long time & was surprise.Not a big deal but not a single sample?Never going to that store-so much better in Calabasas.Happy Thanksgiving anyway.Treat everyone well-it will pay off?

My friend and I have already been in this store 3 times this year, and made purchases all 3 times. My best friend loves their products. So after we do lunch we like to go in L'Occitane. We always get the same saleswoman "Lizeth." She's Amazing!! I don't know if she's the manager or not. But she should be. Because she's super nice, very knowledgable about the products and helpful. The store is really cute, clean and smells good inside. I'll definitely be back.

Very unprofessional store. Went there couple times based on the store hours. They put a sign up saying they'll be back at a certain time but they're not. They essentially close the store at 4pm and leave.

I go in there to get my men's shaving cream. The best by far of anything I have ever used! Love it, worth every penny! Not sure if they still have the shower gel stuff anymore, love that too!
