Hi my Name is Yarin I came to this store I want to pay over the phone there is a guy is name is Miguel answer the phone I want to give him my credit card number and he is repeating my credit card number next to people I just ask from him to don’t repeat if he need I can say it again and he start screaming on me and say that I’m a shir customer and he kick my workers out from the store and don’t give us any service talk very bed he say that he is the owner I’m highly recommend the owner !!!!! To check is workers this is not ok to someone like him in the front he has zero customer service at all I’m not going to come back to this store any more we have big project and I’ll never be back to this store , this message its Direct to the owner to know that he is embarrassing your name and your store . The name of the guy is Miguel in Beverly Hills location.

Rarely do reviews of this business as well worth making note. was looking for a hard to find lightbulb and they were beyond helpful. John was able to identify what I needed and find it. Highly recommend them for all your lighting needs.

The main problem with Light Bulbs Unlimited is that that they are heavily bent towards selling an outdated technology known as incandescent light bulbs (as opposed to the newer improved technology known as LEDs - Light-Emitting Diodes). LEDs last much longer than incandescent bulbs, and they are much more energy efficient. This is obviously preferable to the consumer because it means an increased bulb life coupled with decreased energy costs. I am speaking from first hand experience. I went into Light Bulbs Unlimited to replace a large selection of bulbs including G25s, G16 1/2s, T10s and standard size bulbs. At no point during the sales process was the notion of replacing my old incandescent bulbs with LEDs mentioned. When I went home and looked up the bulbs I bought I found LED replacements available all over for almost half the price (unsurprisingly Light Bulbs Unlimited only offers exchanges only, no returns). The frank yet regrettable truth is that your best bet is take advantage of this store to identify the name of the type of bulb that you need to replace. Once you have acquired that information go shopping elsewhere to purchase LED replacements at a significantly lower price.

Honestly a very cool store, but the customer service here is wish-washy and often terrible in my experiences. I have had multiple interactions with staff who get angry about answering normal questions for unsure customers. Most recently I inquired about string lights, asking if they were traditional Christmas tree string style or (encased) rope like in addition to the length, number of lights and price via telephone. These questions apparently enraged the staff member who said he was just guessing, and he didn't know. I felt it was best to end the interaction and buy elsewhere.

This is my go-to place for light bulbs. I value their experience and service and am so grateful that I don't need to go through all the shelves in the home fix-it stores trying to figure out what's the best option. I always relay on their suggestions and expertise. Today was no exception. I was there this morning needing replacements for bulbs that no longer worked. I was out within minutes -- and found the parking in the rear from the one-way alley very convenient. This is the only place I go for lightbulbs.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Had a issue with my lighting (really high ceiling so I couldn't do anything about it myself) and Light Bulb Pros had it done quick and easy! Not only that, but the guys who came to fix were actually really professional, communicative, and considerate (they listened regarding my covid precautions without issue, can't be thankful enough about that). Great staff, great work, going straight to them for any future lighting issues I come across.

Great selection of sometimes otherwise hard to find light bulbs. It can be a bit on the pricey side but very knowledgeable associates

Came into their store asking if they had bulb replacements for my Christmas tree and was immediately told " Nope we don't do that. Just start over." Barely let me explain myself. I drove about 30 minutes to come here just for their costumer service to be rude, particularly, their worker John. What a waste of time.

I was held fo 10 min on hold just to be disconnected on purpose. 3 more phone calls later (each time I was told I will be put on hold) I was told that there are four customers in the store and I have to hold until they are dealt with. Sorry you don't want my business. Will go somewhere else.

If I could give a 1 star review I would. This place is ran by legitimately bad people. Not only that, everything is super over priced. If you can avoid this place and find a better place, do yourself a favor. I will say they have some cool stuff but with how rude the employees were to me, I would go elsewhere.
