Lady was on her personal phone while servicing me. I asked her for the something and she had no idea what it was as she presented me 3 incorrect items. Asked me if she knew what it looked like and I laughed and walked out. The packaging is all the same. Only reason why I asked for help was because my son was preoccupying my attention.

Today, I had a return problem. The manager, Rihanna, couldn't have been more kind and accommodating. I can't say enough positive things about her. Kiehls is very lucky to have her represent their company.

There are a couple of Khiel's products I've repurchased several times over the years. Midnight recovery serum etc.. when I ran out the timing was good as they were having a 25% off sale. I'm so glad I came into the store a week or so ago, instead of ordering online as Ayahnna's customer service was superb. She was knowledgeable and informative gave me some tips about how to use one of the products I didn't think worked very well in the past, and she explained how to emulsify the moisturizer so that the skin absorbs it better.She took the time, and was professional, very pleasant and honest. This mall is a little oddly placed as it seems hidden behind the Bloomingdales. Quiet. Slow. But Khiel's has hired a good staff member. Makes the bricks and mortar a joy to visit. Easier than researching skin care products online endlessly. Thank you.

Yesterday was my first time there just omg I always thinking what is that store I was with my friend she told me she wants to buy something for her mom and she told me about this store but is not that it is about their customer service.we were greeted by beautiful lady by name of ARMINEH WOW unfortunately you don't see that anymore anyway .she explained the product and very friendly my friend end up buying few items near the register I met her manager or better to say store manager I introduced myself she was sweet and friendly and we talked for few minutes I really enjoyed my time there .I just want to say BRAVO TO THE TEAM .ARMINEH sweetheart thank you .store is clean and organized.THANK YOU again I wish I could give you more than 5star

The store inside Sherman oaks mall , there's a plenty of car parking . The store located on 2nd floor of the mall. Has huge store window you will never missed it The employees were welcoming and will recognize me as soon as I entered the store They asked open questions about skin routines and my skin regimen I was in different store location Glendale and I did my free consultation. And my skin happy with all what I have , the employee was understanding and didn't push to add more At the end she handle me sample of new retinol to try it and I'm in Love So give try for new skin regimen They have free stand store and you will find them inside Macy's Too

I went in to the store. After 15 minutes standing at the register, the cashier could not figure out how to apply my $10 reward. A few months before when I went in there I spent over $300 in products and they didn't offer me any samples. There's never any customers in the store. They should do a better job trying to keep what little customers they have. Training staff how to work the register swiftly and giving out samples would be a good start. I'm not going back here. By the way, I did order the product which I I intended to purchase in store online, and they didn't send any samples either. This company is so tight and cheap! I'll head over to Sephora from now on and switch my daily skin regimen to another brand. 0 stars for bad service all around.

Due to an IT glitch with an email coded offer, I was told I could make the purchase in a store location. I phoned ahead and my order was waiting for me. The staff was efficient and knowledgeable however my visit was late in the day and the shop's energy felt so.

This review is not about the products but the older saleswoman. The first time I went I asked about some products, she was very dry and unfriendly. I thought “well, maybe she had a bad day”. I was in the mall a second time the following week and I had been researching the brand but I thought I would like to get some free samples to decide if it was right for me. I went in and there she was…as dry, unfriendly and unhelpful as the last time. I just left, I guess I will have to try another brand or maybe shop online. She definitely does not have a good personality for sales.UPDATE: Happy to say that I am going with Brickell instead of Kiehl's. Customer service matters. Plus Brickell's website and sampling options are MUCH BETTER.

My friend and I were at this location last night because she wanted to pick up a few items. We ended up getting there just as they were closing and Anna let us shop anyway and without rushing us. She was super knowledgeable, helpful, and nice! We'll definitely be coming back!

Absolutely fabulous customer service at this location - especially Anna, who is awesome! I had an issue with a web order I placed and picked up at their store - I called their main customer service line, and they were beyond useless. Then I called the store and Anna handled it fabulously and got to the bottom of the issue. Always reliable products, and this is an fantastic location to come get them.
