The worst service I've ever received. The two employees are extremely rude and incompetent. They talk to customers as if we knew about their service They don't have the patience to explain what's going on and they damaged my car's wheel lug nuts. Expensive service and really bad! And they also say that the bathroom is out of service but it's not. I asked the girl at the front desk to use it and she let me. Everything was fine! They just leave the sign to prevent customers from using it.

They do not honor car advice orders, nor do they even understand how the system works. Waste of my time. Completely unprofessional. I will be sure to notify the car advise app so they are not shown to any car advise users.

I was in a bind and needed 2 tires right away so i called Just Tires, the tires i wanted were discontinued so they recommended equivalent tires. The staff here is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Aba, Mario, Adrine and George thank you so much!! These guys are awesome! I'll definitely be shopping here next time i need tires.

Worst regard for a customer in need. The other day my tire pressure monitor showed I had low air in my rear tire suddenly. Being that my father had a tire shop and that I was well trained by him, I knew I must have a nail or screw. I limped into the Just Tires so in Sherman Oaks that I pass my on my way to the office daily. I went into the office and two women were in charge. I told them my plight and they told me I would have to wait 1.5 hours as they had 2 customers ahead of me. Seeing that I had an appointments starting in my office in 40 minutes, I asked them if they can just put my spare on so I can get to the office on time. These two ladies said that they couldn't help me and that I would still have to wait 1.5 hours. They had no compassion for the situation I was in. I told them this is urgent, the customers in front of me were not an emergency and that it would take less than 5 minutes to put my spare on. They still said no so I did it myself in their parking lot in about 15 minutes. My father never withe have shown such horrible customer assistance in his over 50 years of owning a tire shop. I suggest going to another tire shop if you are in need. No one deserves such disregard and lack of assistance, especially in a customer service business.

Had a flat tire, took the car in, and asked for an out-the-door price for 2 front tires. They quoted $757. Installed new tires and called me back and said, “Would you like alignment for $169 and $45 per tire for protection?” I guess you shouldn’t assume a tire place would do alignment after putting on new tires. Apparently, they consider it an add-on after the service is performed. They told me they always call after they put your tires on to tell you if you need alignment. Great, but they don’t disclose this info when they quote you the “out-the-door price”. Do yourself a favor and void this company.

Went to them on Tuesday to check on my tire found a staple to see if it can get patched up. They said they weren’t able to patch it up and they offered a $300 tire which I thought was a bit much. They charged me $35 for Them to change the spare tire. Went for a second opinion at another tire shop and my tire was repairable so they patched it up free of charge. Was a little bummed because of how close they are and reliable hours of the business. But for them to say that my tire wasn’t patchable and offered me a $300 tire seems like they’re Hurting for business. Will stick to mom and Pop tire shops from now on. Keep it local.

Got a flat tire nearby and was lucky to come here. Their service is great! And they are very honest about their recommendations. Their staff Aba was very helpful too! Highly recommend this tire shop for service and tire replacement.

I had a fast leaking tire that was unsafe to drive and I went in one hour before closing when I noticed the tire. I was greeted by someone that said they could not help me even though there was an hour left and they were the only people open at that time. Needless to say, I’ll never recommend them or be going back myself. Poor customer service on their part as there is no recommendation as to where to go just a best of luck to you.

Customer restroom out order, read another review and looks like the restroom has been out order for more than a month. Manager should have a plumber same day to resolve the issue if is any.I Came her for a flat repair and wait more the an hour. Coffee is available and personal are very courteous and excellent service with clients.

They are telling me I need 4 tires when my front tires are almost brand new and have 3mm of treads. Also their prices are horrible. Go to Walmart and get some nice Goodyears that will be cheaper and better than anything these people trying to sell you. These people make car people look really bad. You want to trust professionals but when they are trying to selling things that you don’t need they make the whole car industry look bad. Shame on these people
