Great place, but in almost every locked case, shelf, or end caps, there's just a mess at the bottom. I'd recommend having some associates organize.

I love this Joann and have been going here for years. Only problem is that there never seems to be enough employees to help at the register, so the line is always very long. went in to get a snoopy crochet kit and the person who rang me up was so sweet, literally so nice!! wish i got her name, give her a raise!!
