My honest review corresponds based on my first hand personal experience & in accordance with HML Investments meeting that occurred in April 2021 at their office in Granada Hills. I've been a customer of HML Investments since 2017.See photos for evidence showing that I am telling the truth under my profile & see my other reviews, possibly a ring of scam artists.Thank You Yanni Raz for taking time out of your busy day to meet with me.Unfortunately, as you told me, I possibly got a bad Israeli construction company.Mr. Raz would know a bad Israeli construction company dealing with so many construction companies on a daily basis & being Israeli himself. It's good to know that there are businesses in our community that, no matter the race, or ethnicity, make the right ethical & moral choice in telling the truth.Thank You Raz Razla for giving me your statement on your perspective on what the deal was with the Hard Money Loan you helped me obtain after our horrible house fire that was used to pay the Scam Artist that abandon the project & diverting funds to himself to a use other than that for which the funds were received to defraud & financially damage me as the project is not finished unable to get the Certificate of Occupancy by passing final inspection. Thanks for the willingness to go to court when subpoenaed to state the truth just like the statement you gave me, though wish you would have worked on refinancing my loan beforehand & working on my credit to get the best rate possible as discussed, understanding that we haven't got to the end of the project with the scam artist tortious interference hindering the project not to get the certificate of occupancy to get my refinance loan approved that HML was going to work on when the project was finished.Mr. Razla confirmed with me that they no longer work with this Scam artist or his other companies.Beware of these scam artists that lurk in the shadows of many construction companies running unethical schemes to defraud you. Please Yelpers verify not just with Contractors State License Board but Better Business Bureau & check criminal background, CSLB only goes back a certain amount of years before they issue a license. If I would then had discovered they had a record, found court records & Yelp reviews of them possibly scamming elderly people.Be careful when dealing with these Scam Artist schemes. They only obtain the contract after our house was in a horrific fire with his fraudulent misrepresentation on relying on him covering the interest fees monthly on our behalf until our refinance loan gets approved, reimbursing him back for the total amount, adding 760 sq. ft. on top of the fire damages to raise the maximum value of the house by adding the maximum sq. ft. allowed by the city of LA DBS, following regulations complying to the contract and to provide and replace new wood framing damage from fire. They fraudulently misrepresented the contract to defraud me since day one, never had any intention on performing the agreements or finishing the project as he induce me to sign with him to do the project with him suppressing the facts that if I was aware of them never would have done the project or would he have procured the contract, deceived me in relying on him on covering the interest fees monthly on our behalf until our refinance loan gets approved, reimbursing him back for the total amount, instead he wrongfully diverts the funds to a use other than that for which the funds were received & abandoned the project to financially damage me, hindering my ability to finish the project & to pay back the Predatory Hard Money Loan, relying on him adding the maximum sq. ft. allowed by the city of LA DBS on top of the fire damages raising the maximum value of the home, instead, he financially damaged me by only adding 359 sq. ft., deceiving me that our home was habitable, relaying on him complying with state law regulations or the contract agreements, instead he cut corners endangering our health & willfully exposing me &
