I don’t have a good experience with this Salon
I came for regular procedure three weeks ago
I asked the girl to lift my eyebrows. I did Botox between my eyebrows and around my eyes.
I’m doing Botox for 22 years. Anything can happen I understand but, It’s been three weeks and my Eyelids not open. I don’t know what she did, but I look worse than I looked before again, it’s very very simple procedure done it many many many many times for 22 years. That’s all I do to my face and she told me it’s gonna take two weeks which usually takes up to 10 days to see results. It’s three weeks. I don’t see any results. Very disappointed I’m not coming back

I’ve been to a few places for Lazer Hair Removal but nothing even comes close to how good this place is. I’ve been going here for a little over a year now and it never disappoints. There staff is amazing and makes you feel so comfortable! I usually see Nurse Lian and she is truly the sweetest person and so good at what she does! All the nurses and front desk girls are great. I’ve never had a bad experience here. They have good specials that pop up throughout the year that are worth the price! Amazing place, truly recommend it!

Love this med spa ! I’ve been a regular client here at this specific location since it’s opened. I see the twins, Lian and Orian and they’re literally GOD SENT. I’ve been doing laser hair removal for 10 years but after I met them, they got me on point for my hair removal journey and I’ve finally transitioned to touch up level lasering for most areas of my body. Appointments are easy to book, I usually prebook mine every time I leave but anytime I’ve had to move appointments around it’s been SUPER easy to do. Their front desk is super organized and checking out is a breeze. I’ve had a great experience here and I hope ya’ll do too!!

This has been my go to place for years; I’ve gone to all the locations but now Sherman Oaks is my main one. All the staff is great, from the front desk to the nurses. I come here for laser hair removal and filler and Botox from my girl, Yajaira, she’s the best and always has your best interest and look in mind. They also have great specials and you can earn points with Allē. Highly recommend??

I recently got lip fillers done at flawless skin center and their staff is the BEST! She was super knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. She even accentuated my natural lip shape and so far, they look so cute! I only got half a syringe, but I will definitely be back for more! Thank you!

I’ve probably tried six different companies for laser hair removal before coming to Flawless. Once Miranda started to do my laser, I knew I found the one. Everyone is kind and Miranda is so attentive sweet and does her job so well. I’ve gotten full body laser with her now I’m doing touchups and couldn’t be more happier with my results. Definitely asked for Miranda at Flawless.

I’ve been going to Flawless skin center for almost two years for laser hair removal . The front staff has always been very polite! . My nurse Oryan is the best ! She’s friendly , professional and has always made me feel comfortable! I l’ve recommended this specific location and nurse to all of my friends!

I have been going to Flawless for several years now, and both locations I have been to are wonderful , but I would really like to express my appreciation for Sherman Oaks. All of the sweet ladies who work at the front are always very accommodating, every laser technician I have seen is very kind & considerate, and my tried and true injector, Yajaira, is ineffably amazing. She listens, and yet she she doesn’t let you go overboard, and is quite simply phenomenal at her job. I could not recommend this place more.

I had been here a few times before and loved it unfortunately there policy changed so now they require a 50$ deposit prior to booking.I had placed my deposit for my appointment no problem. I was on my way for my 8:45AM appointment they canceled at 8:35AM because the nurse called out I asked for a refund and they gave me two options to reschedule or get my refund back and close my account and never be able to book with them again So I asked for my refund. My compliant is why close my account when it's the nurses fault who called out? I needed my appointment for an event coming up not for the future therefore rescheduling wasn't helpful.

Went here about 6-9 different times for Laser hair removal, I’m middle eastern so this could vary- but I barely saw results with their laser hair removal.. going once a month for over 6 months and seeing barely any results is ridiculous. Not to mention they have an attitude problem here. ALSO worst Botox experience of my LIFE!! It was my first time, and the women injecting me- not only over injected me, she was also trying to rush me out the door? Barely answered my questions, was very short and rude. They are just out for your money, they’ll tell you the cost AFTER they inject you with 40 units. Horrible, horrible injection experience.
