“Displays refused to help me out for some reason I do not know, but had to call the 7-Eleven complaint board and larger special complaint I wouldn’t advise going to this place and it kind of got a bad rating anyway people here are lazy and they act like they do not really even care about anything. They slam objects around, and sometimes just blow up Customer’s altogether.”
“I was added to my company's business account and we had tried several times over the phone with Verizon customer service and they were inept. Went into the Sherman Oaks store and worked with sales rep Matthew. He was wonderful! He spent about 2 hours with us to add new lines to the account, get new phones, transfer our data over, and he even put the phone protectors on the screens and lenses for us. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and was just a pleasure to work with. We are planning on adding some Apple watches and will definitely go to Matthew to purchase them. I have also contacted him with some follow-up questions and he was happy to assist me. It's hard to find good service and I am thankful that Matthew was there, as he is not only nice but gracious to customers. We considered moving to another provider after the call center fiasco, but after his personalized service at the Sherman Oaks store we decided to stay with Verizon.”
