“I dont know why its taken me 20 years ( and 4 cars) to leave a review. Andre is a phenomenal mechanic. He is honest and offers fair prices. Let me tell you a story, rewind 20 years ago my cars air conditioning went out. This is the valley, so summer with no AC is brutal. Before finding Andre I went to 2 shops. Both places told me I needed a new unit. I dont recall the cost. But it might as well have been a million dollars and I didn't have it. Fast forward 2 brutal summers later, something else needed fixing and I was recommended to check out his shop. While there I asked him to take a look at the AC. He serviced my car and when I asked him about thr AC he said he patched it no charge. It worked until I sold my car 5 years later. He is a gem. Cant recommended him enough.”

“I needed an oil change and then boom caught a flat tire with a nail in it. I wanted a place that could handle both and came across American Tire Depot. They took me right away, were honest and friendly. The man at the front who helped me even found a coupon to save me $25. They handled both issues in under 2 hours. Didn't try to upsell me or anything, even rotated my tires for free!”

“I could sincerely write a novel at how incredible this place is and how amazing their staff is. I have very limited knowledge on cars and maintenance and without fail they answered every silly or dumb question I had with grace and made sure my car was in top condition. I went here numerous times over the last year for minor and major maintenance work. They drove to pickup parts for me to ensure a quick turn around and continually went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe to drive and all fixed up. “I came limping in off the freeway, miles away from home, with a fast-deflating tire. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted, and a quick diagnosis was performed. The technician pointed out the damage, and Arman (manager) sat with me to go over options. 1 bad tire, 1 similarly worn front tire, and I decided to replace all four. The pricing was fair, the service was swift, and a good cup of coffee was served to me. All in all- 5 Stars, for sure.”

“I've been working with Zorro and Raffi at ZMB for over 15 years and decided I should leave a 5-star. It's too rare to find an auto mechanic not just passionate and professional with the work they do but actually honest and not misleading.As the vehicles today get more complicated and computer driven, it requires the mechanics to maintain study and experience with all the tools for tracking error codes. “I broke the Sideview mirror on my Honda Accord and asked for a service referral on Nextdoor. Someone was kind enough to tell me about Karsten Imports. I called immediately. Mats saw me within a half an hour of my call even though It was after closing hours. He was super friendly, honest, and my car was fixed within days. I asked if he had a mirror laying around that he could tape on for me in the meantime. He found one, rigged it for me and I drove safely for a couple of days until I got my replacement mirror. Trustworthy and great service!”
