I’ve been going here for a year now. And everyone a get this Indian lady she is so rude. The rest of the staff is nice but this lady always has a mean face and talks to me or my husband in a mean way. Girl if you don’t want to be there quit easy as that. I called today and whoever answered the phone was in a bad mood I guess. Do better staff come on!!!

Linda and Raj are always so sweet whenever I pick up my medication. They always greet me with a smile and hello. My medication is always ready on time. Honestly I continue to receive my medications at Selma Rite Aid pharmacy because I know Pharmacists like Raj care about his customers at the Selma location. And because he works with great nice amazing people like Linda.

Went to urgent care today they sent over prescription at 945 am I come at 2:20 pm and they still don’t have it ready

Ridiculous long wait for prescription to be ready!. I been waiting for 7 hours for my prescription. I went in to see if it was ready and it wasn't. They told me that they didn't have it in stock . THAT They had to order it! Why did they wait until I went in to let me know. Now I can't call the doctor office to let them know to send my prescription to another pharmacy because they are close. This is so frustrating!!

Got a valley strong ATM, cool location, larger store. Staff is younger. But no complaints.

This rite aid have worse customer service any one can recommend other pharmacy beside walgreen this store wasn’t like this before maybe a manger need to be replaced

I will give only one star, I called today .spoke with Indian pharmacy staff, she is very rude and very impatience to listen anything . wants to hung up on me . I asked for refill prescriptions ,she told me they just refill last month and if you needs more supply , you have to call the medi-cal. I never heard about that to call the medi-cal by patient for refill . then I asked to speak with pharmacist , she stated Raj is not here , call tomorrow morning but when I insisted to speak , she gave phone to pharmacist . pharmacist seems very helpful and filled the prescriptions without asking anything else . this is not happen first time ,anytime you deal with her , she always impatience.
