Just picked up our first box. Amazing! For $30: 4 heads of little gem romaine (our absolute fave), one of frisée; huge bags of ultra fresh rainbow chard, spinach, mustard greens, pea greens; green garlic and spring onions, cilantro, baby carrots, radishes...I'm sure I'm forgetting something, but you get the idea! Salad tonight; tomorrow, carrots, green garlic and mustard greens with Rancho Gordo black-eyed peas and Neiman Ranch ham. Then pea greens and green garlic and red chili flakes with orecchiette from VJB, and olive oil from B.R. Cohn. Then rainbow chards, cannellini beans, and Italian sausage...fun to cook with this bounty!
