I used to pay 85 dollars for an oil change for my small Prius. That was just a year ago. How is it $150 today? That’s not “raising prices”, that’s a rip off! I asked the service person, but it was not explained to me why the price is so high, and the breakdown is not clear. Lots of weird charges for parts and it’s not clear why labor which is supposedly $75 per hour cost me $105 although my car was done in less than an hour. Can you explain all this to me? The service was terrible as usual. I had to say Goid Morning twice before the rep decided to eventually begrudgingly acknowledge that I was standing in front of him.
I will start getting my oil changes and other services elsewhere. Moreover, I am reconsidering buying another Toyota in the next year if I have to put up with such bad service, confusing messages, and rip-off pricing for services. Something other than a Toyota is starting to look like a better choice for me.

My car was totaled by an uninsured driver. No injuries occurred but cares were a total loss. I loved the car and intended to keep it two more years. Pretty upset when I walked onto Victory Toyota lot. I was greeted by Daniel immediately. He identified what kind of car I wanted and needed. He kindly and patiently found options for me. I did buy a car after 2-3 days. I am very happy with my experience there.

Was very disappointed with my experience at this Toyota dealership on 7/26. Service technician Kyle said my alternator was fine last week 7/19 and I just needed a battery replacement, turns out that was not the case. When I took my car in again less than a week later, they were able to finally find out what the issue was ( car needed alternator replacement) and gave me an estimate of 1.2k for the replacement piece and labor. Kyle then told me he could give me a 15% off discount bringing the final price to 1k. Service manager Todd was not helpful and told me himself he called the Toyota in salinas to ask how much they were charging to replace an alternator to see if it was the same price as them (it was not). After, Todd told me he could take $100 off, making the final price to replace my alternator $900 including the piece and labor. I still thought this was very high and called the toyota in salinas to see what their alternator replacement fee was. They gave me a much fair price for the same service at $794. I was utterly shocked at how Victory Toyota wanted to charge me 1.2K for this service, and decided to take my car to Toyota in salinas. I had a fantastic honest experience there and would recommend them over this dealership for any service!
Follow up:
After my first encounter at Victory Toyota, I spoke with Kyle Trudell about my experience and let him know I was not satisfied with the first service I had there. Kyle took the time to call me and make things right. I appreciated Kyle’s honesty and his friendly customer service demeanor is the only reason why I would return to this Toyota. The service department manager is lucky to have a gentleman with great customer service on his team.

Great service department! They are also expert in answering any questions I have had on my Toyotas. I’ve previously had two Prius vehicles and now my favorite ride: a hybrid RAV4.

We were having questions about some of the advanced features on our new car. We had not bought the car from victory, as they did not have the model we wanted. We however, needed help, and drove to the dealership without an appointment. They immediately sent someone out to help us. Turned out there was a screw in a tire causing air loss. Justin, in the service department got us in as walk ins and the tire was fixed in about an hour. Not only was the repair done right and quickly, he explained some important details about our new car warranty that the original dealership skipped over. We will be taking our car here for maintenance and service. Thank you, Victory Toyota, we have total faith that you will take good care of us and our car.
