Beware: Elderly Abuse! Beware: Disabled Abuse! Joshua Tambagan/Ashnil PRASAD (manager): these two will always/continue to take advantage of elderly persons, particularly; by severely upselling them, 3x the amount of the actual price/products/warranties. Beware: they will use scare tactics to pressure your loved one to sign they will try and get them alone, and work together as a team joshua tambagan, will hustle them out of their current vehicle, and a ton of extra money. warning: manager ashnil prasad will reinforce, and use a tactic of his own/reinforce as well. beware: joshua tambagan, beware: ashnil prasad these two men, enjoy, and will continue to financially exploit elderly persons. hide your parents/grandparents wallets

warning don't go here! They advertise blow MSRP prices but once you go in they have a ton of mark ups on all of there cars. 2024 Honda advertised for $29,888 online and when i went in they gave me price of $40,000! Mind you I drove over 2hrs because of the online price! This place is a scam and they cheat people out of there money. Sales manager is money hungry and rude!

Horrible deceitful advertising. CRV advertised on Autotrader for $32k and some change but when I got there ( drove 3 hours) they tell me that there are dealer installed B******* options for another $5100 that I have to pay for or I can leave. Horrible bait and switch. They should be investigated and fined

Went for an oil change 6/1 and the service department was very nice and helpful. I then was looking to trade my car in as well. Yes I've been there before and tried a different car I was interested in awhile ago, wanted something more economical for my commute and was starred at while the sales rep was at his desk, then another walked passed me and ignored me, then another came at me with an attitude and told me; "we work by appointments and you've test driven a car before." I was interested in something else and I wouldn't make an appointment with him and rather take my business elsewhere. I told the sales rep that and he didn't care and just walked away.

Just tried calling the Service Department to ask a question about an oil change, had to go through 3 different voicemail transfers and still couldn't reach a human being. This is definitely an order prevention technique.

"Just a stupid woman who can't possibly know anything about cars" here, just asking for a new battery for my key fob. They refused to even try one. Even talked to the manager. Still refused. He told me the circuit was dead and quoted me almost $2k to reconnect my 2 key fobs because they couldn't connect just the one I had on me. Went to a different Honda and they said "oh, let's try a new battery, couldn't hurt" and whhaaat? It worked?!Thank you for belittling me and destroying all trust in your shop. I will now be purchasing all of my future cars at the dealership who humored me and my "stupid" request to try an $8 fix.

My husband and I were in search of a new hybrid CR-V. we went to Honda here in Seaside and met with Ash who was absolutely amazing. once we explained what we wanted he took the time to find the exact car by any means necessary, and then introduced us to Josh T. Who not only was our Sales guy but everything in between. His Services were great, he is very efficient and went to bat for us and got us our new baby that is sitting in our driveway with the price we wanted to pay. We appreciate you all and if your looking to buy go see the guys in Seaside you will not be disappointed

I have dealt with Val Strough Honda twice this year. ( 2022 ) I dealt with the service department after being sent there by Cypress Coast Subaru for a smog check and most recently I dealt with Mike in the parts department. On both occasions I was treated well and the customer service was excellent. Mike in parts just ordered me a trunk liner for my Accord and it arrived within a day. Nice showroom and comfortable waiting area for service. Hot coffee, tea or hot chocolate is available while you wait.

charged me $2,900 for a car tracking system (LoJack) the average cost is $700. The mark up on the new cars are outrageous. Yes I was a s****** And yes they got me. Needed the car for business Will NEVER buy another car from there again.Do your research on EVERY so call added features they may be standard. I'm disgusted that I paid $51,000 for a Honda Odyssey. If you don't have to buy in this market DON"T. Wait for prices to get better

I had to take my daughters car in for her and Steven the service manager was amazing. Not only did he help me with our car but he also gave me a rental to use until our car is finished due to parts not in yet.Steven and his team members went to great lengths to make sure our car could be fixed as he had me bring the car in ASAP and even had someone drop me off back at home. He gave a discount also best he could which was above and beyond customer service standards. Thank you for your outstanding serviceLisa Sevaaetasi
