Wish I could give them zero stars. Had a check made out to me and tried to cash it. The sender accidentally added an A to my name. They wouldn't cash it even though everything else was correct. Told me I'd have to have a new check issued. Treated me like I was an idiot and held up my ID and pointed to how my name was spelled. I'm not stupid - I know how to spell my name. Never do business here!! B of A is bad enough but this branch sucks.

I honestly don't even know why I bank here, it's consistently a sub par experience. But changing banks seems like a hassle too, ugh.

I've banked with BoA for almost 20 years. I've recently moved to Seaside and assumed I would get the same excellent service I have received at other branches. Not so! First, completely closed on Saturday ... ?? Then tried to use the drive-up ATM .. first, it refused a check I tried to deposit - it had been folded ... NEVER had THAT happen at ANY other ATM. If that isn't bad enough BOTH machines refused to take CASH! No explanation... just spit the cash out! This bank branch is definitely NOT customer friendly!!

I need 2 rolls of quarters and I gave them $20 but they won't give me, unless I'm a customer. The eff with bank of America. Go down the drain!

Very poor service at Fremont Seaside location , her name is Cisneros. She doesn't know how to communicate with business advantage clients. She didn't even get my account information to help me and she said she is working there for 18 years. I have my business advantage account for more than the years she is working there. I would give them no (0)stars.

Update. Another bad experience:Why is closing a Bank of America IRA CD and transferring it to a Bank of America IRA savings account considered a rollover (only one allowed every 12 months) rather than a direct transfer?! They're both accounts within Bank of America. Unfortunately I was not able to go to the branch with my family member and was not able to stop this from happening. Make sure you do your research and don't listen to these people telling you this is the only way that things can be done. These people are only here to scam customers and get the bank as much money as possible. I’m calling you out Saray Cisneros.Original review:I would give them zero stars if I could. I had an appointment with a banker but they still forced me to wait in line to have a teller finish the transaction. What’s the point of making an appointment then? There were two tellers and a long line. It took me over an hour to have everything finished. Also, the bankers are extremely unknowledgable about what terms in their forms mean. In this particular case, it was about selection the correct reason for closing an account. Their options on the form were vague and the banker said she didn’t know what the different options meant. I had previously called customer service at another bank, Discover, which has 24/7 phone support available, and a representative was able to walk me through a form and explain everything. Such a stark contrast to these so-called “bankers” at Bank of America.

I know I have written a review for this branch before but I don't see it anymore. I guess they paid for it to be removed. Here's the addition to the review they got deleted: Why is closing a Bank of America IRA CD and transferring it to a Bank of America IRA savings account considered a rollover (only one allowed every 12 months) rather than a direct transfer?! Absolutely unprofessional and rude. I arrived at the bank at 3:55 and went outside to help an elderly woman up the stairs from the parking lot. She and I arrived at the front door at exactly 4 o'clock and the doors were locked. The gentleman sitting at the desk told us he could not unlock the doors because the lobby closes at 4. Tried to explain the situation and he would not approach the door just kept waving as off in hand motions from his desk While making a number 4 sign with his hands. The way he treated this elderly woman and dismissed as both was absolutely unprofessional and disgusting.

Seaside Branch Manager Hai Tran is a gem and deserves recognition. We are long-term BofA customers who have seen the contraction of staff and the apparent disregard of top management deteriorate over the years. BUT ... last week when I was calling around to find a safety deposit box (and 7 branches had failed to even pick up the phone!! - not even pick up the phone) Hai Tran picked up the phone, talked to me in real-time, and set up an appointment for the next morning. The next morning, as scheduled, he assigned competent staff to help me and the task was done right, the first time, less than 24 hours after my call. We appreciate that.

I never leave bad reviews but here we are... whyyyyy cant this bank get more tellers? With the clientele, its not like they dont have the business. Ive been in line for 32 minutes with 3 people still in front of me. Change it, please, Seaside needs this branch to stay open

I have made three appointments in the last month. They have been late very time. Each person I met with was incompetent. Even an appt with Branch Manager was disappointing in that I explained myself several times, and he did not seem able to understand problem and what to do. I was able to solve problem on phone within 5 minutes (after being on hold for 12 minutes). Each time the person was unable to help resolve issue and it seemed they were not in possession of proper information.
