My car died in the Santa Cruz mountains. Had it towed Thursday at 5:15. Rick was still there. We reviewed the car's current problems he said early next week he would be able to work on it. Rick called the following day and diagnosed the problem!! Awesome job. Love Rick's Mercedes! Top Notch!!

Rick is very experienced at what he does but newer Mercedes are not really his thing. He would always over complicate things and cause the price to be insane. He was quoting me double what I was getting quoted at a difference Mercedes specialist in San Jose. Nice guy, knows whats he’s doing but just be ready if you’re going to him with a newer car.

Rick is great as is hia team. Rock's is really expensive, but nearly as expensive as having poor quality work done on your Mercedes and having to get it done over .. or worse. This is your top shop if you need work done on any Mercedes on Santa Cruz county, let alone on anything vintage. Save yourself the worry, go to Rick. You will cry when you get the bill, but the crying.will end and you will have yourself a nice well maintained car when your tears dry.

My C250 was hesitating and bucking on acceleration. Rick sold me four new ignition coils. Problem solved in less than one hour. Two big thumbs up!

Very knowledgeable about all things Mercedes. Not your run of the mill shop, Rick is a great mechanic with decades of experience. Very professional with a knowledgeable staff exceptional customer service. Familiar with all eras of Mercedes’ and capable of dealing with your vintage Benz.He can find the parts that no one else can. Don’t waste your time going to another mechanic for your prized Benz. He is currently fixing my 1965 Unimog that was incorrectly serviced and damaged by a very expensive “Mercedes”” mechanic in Monterey.(review to follow)Highly recommended!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Best local Mercedes mechanic in SV! Rick always takes time to personally explain what’s going on with repairs and service. I have bought numerous new MBZ and ALL service has been done with Rick. The ‘stealerships’ deliver my new car (always pre-purchased via a car buying website), but they never see that lot again after I drive away. It’s nice to know there’s an honest mechanic out there!

12/10 recommend Ricks. The day my check engine light came on they took my car back for diagnostics, Rick called me himself and in terms this layman could understand explained the issue(s) and worked with me on a treatment plan. He verified with me before he charged for any labor or parts and was aware of costs. He felt like an uncle, I trusted him immediately. They are my go to for all services my Mercedes is in need of, oil changes and light bulb replacement included.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Russel was so accommodating on the phone; understood what I needed and saw to it that I got a prompt appointment because I was leaving for a long driving trip and needed my Mercedes Metris looked at..like that I found such an excellent & quality repair shop so close to home!!
