Great selection of rocks of all types. From huge boulders to gravel, a variety of pavers and flagstone. Most have easy to locate per pound and per ton prices. Wander the rows of rock and find what you need. Helpful staff.

Central Home Supply has a huge selection of landscaping materials, drainage supplies, lighting, decorative rock and Techo Blocs. Reed was very helpful in showing us the various landscaping products and materials Central Home Supply has onsite as well as access to and was able to supply us with the following for our outdoor project: Techo Blocs, Mexican beach pebbles, metal edging, concrete fire pit table and drainage materials. Would recommend Central Home Supply for your outdoor landscaping and drainage needs.

We visited 10 building supply centers when we started looking for pavers for our driveway/walkway and patio. We were impressed with the personal attention and great advice we received from Central Home Supply, which was a great deal more than we got from the other shops. Reed took us around the yard and pointed out pavers he thought would suit our needs. He hit the nail on the head. When it came time to order, Reed gave us a much better price than the only other building supply house in the area that carries Techo Bloc pavers. In fact, the price had come down since our first visit due to lower transportation costs. When does that ever happen? And when does the building supply center pass it on?We were given a firm delivery date/time and sure enough, the pavers arrived right on time.The whole process of buying pavers from Central Home Supply has been stress-free and downright fun. Will definitely return when we have more projects.

Loveeeee this place! Their customer service and selection is over the top! Reed and Manny were so sweet to me and my boys. They let us wonder and let my son who loves rock touch and feel each one! Their employees are very aware and professional when using their equipment. I wasn't even worried at all! They are very organized and have things I have never seen before! Heart-shaped stepping stones!!! SOOOO CUTE!

This is my first year growing vegetables so i went to get dirt advice from Central Home Supply. Spoke to two at the counter which both had a hard time agreeing with what was best for vegetables. But finally came to an agreement i wrote it down and sent my son back there the next day with the list and barrowed trailer. He got a product that they sold him something different not knowing , he dumped the load and returned the trailer. After i got home from work and read the receipt it was wrong. I went there the next day and showed the receipt to the guy at the counter and asked him if i could grow vegetables in this product he absolutely not, you need top soil. WASTED my time and money. ill be using there competitor from now on. Scotts Valley Central Home Supply no thanks.

Greg at CHS provided exceptional customer service above and beyond the call of duty: he helped me with an order to replace some materials that I needed to match. There was no significant financial gain for CHS, it was just a favor to help me resolve a problem that would have cost me thousands of dollars otherwise. I definitely recommend CHS and do do appreciate what they did.

This is the Scotts valley store because we went to the Santa Cruz store and they were very rude and unwilling to help us we asked where something was and they pointed it's over there That's it Scotts valley totally different walked us out to the item talked about it with us. That's where we're going to buy our building supplies from now on I know it's still central home supply but Santa Cruz (nope)not the place to go... It's a shame I have to drive from Santa Cruz to Scotts valley to get good service..... Shame on you Central home supply in Santa Cruz..

I am am just a regular person who oc casionally gets an idea involving some rocks. CHS and Gregg have no problem with me stopping by to shovel 1/8 of a cubic yard (that's 40 shovelfulls) of drain rock into my SUV...over and over. Or buying that one pretty 29 pound piece of panther rock. Or asking endless questions, or sending random people over to get fill dirt. They are very Covid compliant. They help big customers, too, And CZU fire victims. And it is fun to stroll around looking at ALL THOSE ROCKS. Many thumbs up.

I don't normally put in Yelp reviews, but Central Home Supply in Scotts Valley is just amazing! I've ordered large deliveries of stone/pavers/base rock/concrete from them several times now and the customer service is always phenomenal. They are friendly and truly invested in making things easy for you and in getting items delivered as soon as possible for current projects. Really set an example for what customer service should be! Also the deliveries have been great as well-- they give us a 2 hr window and the delivery guy knows our neighborhood well and how to navigate the tight streets. I really feel like they know their community! I'll never go with any other company for stones, pavers, etc.

Fantastic place. Super helpful, knowledgeable and competitive prices. Huge selection of different stones, soils, pavements, anything landscape! We worked with Reed for our grass and are very happy with everything from purchase to delivery! Highly recommend!

I needed some TechoBloc pavers that I was really struggling to get.A simple call to Central Home Supply got me in contact with Greg who got me a quote right away. And then Reed picked it up from there and worked with me to get a PO for the right stones (Blu 60's not Blu 80's) He was upfront about the delivery timing (~1 month) Reed was super communicative and provided me updates as I requested it. Even better, when the original delivery date was set to a Tuesday, Reed got it moved up 4 days, to the Friday before!Love you guys! I wish I needed paver stones more often so I can give you more of my business! Hmm...I DO have a driveway....
