“They have a very nice selection of clothing! Everything is sectioned by sizing. They do have a plus size rack and a small fitting room. The store is on the smaller side but definitely one filled with hidden treasures and trinkets :) I would recommend to come early. Staff was very kind and helpful!”
“Love stopping here when I can, some prices are good, some are really high. One super con is they mark directly on items with permanent market. Annoying to get off, sometimes it doesn’t come off and for real writing onto wood with marker? 2 thumbs down for permanent market. I do love the staff, they are also so helpful and bright.”

“Found some amazing vintage pieces here! This store is small but MIGHTY. For the quality of items that they carry, I thought the prices were great. They also have an open dressing room, which I love. Expect to spend an average of around $10/item.”
“It is HUGE, very clean, and well organized. This is the best Goodwill I have ever been. I bought a heavy duty Home Depot tool cart from this place with a very nice deal. They help me to put it in their storage for 2 weeks because my car is not big enough to bring it home. After all, it is a super fun place to treasure hunt with good deals.”

“this place has a good variety of items. i usually buy glass crystal items, tupperware/dishes and kid books. there vinyl collection there is good but a little expensive for me. I use to love that they had 50% one color tag a week but now they went to 25% off a different color a day. i ise to go here weekly to do a little resale shopping but i doubt i will be going on a weekly basis now due to % change. just not worth it anymore if it goes back to 50% off then ill go bavk weekly but u til then i will just got to savers or good will outlet in salinas.”

“This is a good store if you want to find good branded items. You won't find rock-bottom prices, but they might have brands like J.Crew,J.Jill,Banana Republic,Chicos,Ralph Lauren,and more. The types of items are neatly arranged--jeans,tops,dresses,outerwear, and there are also some housewares as well. There is a good selection of shoes such as Tom's--it amy be hit or miss on sizes, but you can always come back another time. The male employee is friendly and helpful. The clothes all seem to be in good condition.”

“Im from Houston Texas,a few years back I was running from Texas prison time and I ended up at the San Jose Emmanuel shelter and I didn't tell them why I was in Cali.just volunteered,got a job there cleaning,setting up tables,I got to Chair a Bible study one night ,man you guys are the best ,after being there for a lil bit my mom called n said come home bcuz I'm dying,so I went home to be w mom ,I ended up turning myself in and faced 25 years,I fought the case w God's help and my case was dropped to misdemeanor and I went home ,just had to share ,I felt at home there very humble people,they didn't tolerate nonsense either,love u guys my mom passed,but we talked and she said God said he'll let u go if u turn urself in ,I'm free,amen,GOD BLESS”
“This is a really nice thrift-ish store in Los Gatos and I love the way it's laid out. Very friendly employees too!! if you wanna go shopping for Halloween, they have plenty of costume like clothing! It's such a deal!!”
“Big store, pretty good selection of clothes. I wasn't able to find the type of clothes I was looking for, but there were lots of options to find something you like. The cashiers were also very kind and patient when the card reader wasn't working. Great service, Im definitely coming back!”

“Went in at 2:30p on a Friday and dropped off 2 boxes. There were 2 people there. One person to collect donations and another person to write the receipt. The person collecting donations was very nice and friendly. Drop off was very easy.”

“THANK YOU TO THE WONDERFUL PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE.I live very close to this Goodwill and I frequently donate items here. Last Friday, I had a small bag of clothes to donate, so I quickly drove through and then went about my day. Later that evening, as I went to pack for my cousin's wedding shower, I made the horrifying discovery that I had accidentally donated my bridesmaid's dress for her upcoming wedding.I raced back to the Goodwill as I frantically sifted through the few clothes in the donation bins, I quickly realized my dress was nowhere to be found. Fred, one of the men accepting donations outside, saw me panicking, asked for a description of the dress and took me into the back to search through two huge bins he had just taken inside. Soon enough, the whole warehouse knew the story and people just kept coming to help. Vincent grabbed two bins of clothes off of the already loaded truck, James helped me sort through them, and then Vu led me through the store to see if the dress had already made it to the racks.We spent over an hour sifting through bin after bin of clothing. Of course they all had other work to do, but they let me keep looking and Vu just kept hunting with the most positive attitude. Sure enough, at the bottom of the SEVENTH and final bin of clothing, Vu found my bridesmaid dress.It was the start to a holiday weekend, these guys were slammed with work, and they took a whole hour of the end of their day to help a panicking woman find her bridesmaid dress. I truly cannot express how grateful I am. THANK YOU Fred, Vincent, James, Vu, and the other folks who did their best to calm a crying lady and find her dress.”
“This is my second time dropping off items at this site. It was a quick task as they have categorized large labeled bins for almost everything. The only reason I did t give it a five star was there was little parking space. You also have to drive to the back which was one way in and out.”
“Huge store. Nice selection of work/school bags and soft luggage. Options for work clothes. Dressing rooms. A surprising number of brand new items. Parking is a bit rough, it is a small awkwardly shaped lot. Still, inside = FANTASTIC.”
