“My daughter and I loved this place! Small and yet cute collection of clothes and other things, as well as clean and well kept. My daughter even found some jibbitz for her crocs! Chris was also so wonderful! Can’t wait to go back again!”
“Absolutely my favorite shop! Nearly New has such a variety of lovely items, from jewelry and designer clothing, handbags, antiques and artwork to children's toys and books, seasonal coats, modern and vintage glassware, clothing for the whole family, holiday decorations and more.
Bargains and "fabulous finds" are waiting for you here.
This is where I buy my favorite scarves, earrings and antique glassware. -Plus, a few nice gifts! ( Happy to share my best resource with you.) There are plenty of goodies for everyone to buy, with the sales proceeds going to scholarships for local women. Come and enjoy a great shopping experience here!”

570 N 6th St, San Jose“I went here recently for the first time with my girlfriend after being recommended to come here and it was such a lovely experience! All the items are incredibly cute, the store is set up really nicely too! It was very clean and well organized. although I see some reviews complaining about the price, you can't get cute quality clothing and expect it to match Shein prices. The staff were also very kind. I will definitely be coming here again!”
10AM - 4PM
1360 Lincoln Ave, San Jose“Love to stop by this well organized store. Yes prices are a bit high for a thrift store but they carry only quality items and proceeds go to a good cause - children's hospital fund. The volunteers here are always amazing!”
“really nice guy working there. been there a couple times , its a really quiet store not many customers but lots to look at please suggest going there and supporting the small buisness :)”

243 Main St, Los Altos“Great thrift store with an excellent selection. Was happy to find a pair of dress pants in their designer section for $24. Some of the pricing is a little off, but I thought this one was a steal. And benefits a good cause :)”

405 N 4th St, San Jose“donate to this homeless shelter if you want to help feed the homeless. this shelter does provide a decent meal in the mornings. 7am and evening 5pm everyday. For beds 3 pm.
SAD THING IS THAT MANY NON HOMELESS PEOPLE GO THERE TO TAKE FOOD LEAVING THE REAL HOMELESS WITH NO FOOD. I see people getting there in a nice car. Nice clothes not homeless at all. Some people live right in the block nice homes and cars . But they take the food from the real hungry people that live on the streets.”
10AM - 6PM
1897 W San Carlos St, San Jose“Went on a Friday, books were on sale and clothes half off, super nice & helpful staff.
prices are super great!
Clean store.
Parking is in the back of the building.
There more home goods and books to choose from, clothes was a little on the low side.
Great store I'll keep visiting for sure. Antique store is nextdoor as well.”

2306 Almaden Rd, San Jose“Good place to thrift for cheap clothes and accessories. Items rotate in and out, so grab whatever you want before it eventually goes! They have specific sales depending on the color of the tag as well, so there's a lot of savings here :)”
10AM - 5PM
1659 Hollenbeck Ave, Sunnyvale“Had a wonderful experience, found things from around the world. Found some things to keep in my room to remember the places around the world that are in need of the Lord and his word. I pray that i continue to find more things and keep the vision of my ministry in the midst of my life and the future Lord willing.”
“This is a really nice thrift-ish store in Los Gatos and I love the way it's laid out. Very friendly employees too!! if you wanna go shopping for Halloween, they have plenty of costume like clothing! It's such a deal!!”
10AM - 8PM
60 S San Tomas Aquino Rd, Campbell“This is THEE goodwill to go to, amazing prices, absolutely PHENOMENAL staff who will bend over backwards to help the customers find a product or deal, an associate I believe her name was Melissa or Melinda ba something, helped me out superbly, found my product, got amazing service, got some extra equipment to boot, got some new shoes some new toys for kids and even a new treadmill, absolutely superb, this goodwill does it right by hiring amazing staff and caring about the customers and being attentive to their needs, I went there awhile ago and I don't shop any other goodwill anymore!”
“I appreciate all the volunteers and especially the pastor whomever greeted me afterwards to chat for a bit. Going through hard times is tough. Need a little shade while waiting though.Thank you.”
“Easy place to drop off your old clothes donations. Can park in the parking lot though it's hard to find a spot there. tip: Receipt is via the QR code now so no more old school paper receipts.”
“One of my favorite good wills in the area. I love the upstairs section there’s always something that catches my eye and the men’s clothes has some very good options that fit my taste. Down stairs has recently been reorganized for the better.”
9AM - 8PM
702 W Taylor St, San Jose“Good selection of clothing and friendly workers. Prices are a little high, but I'm used to non-California prices so Im not sure if it's the norm. They have days and weeks with specific discounts for all clothing or specific categories/tags, so look out for those. Also suggest joining their mailing list beforehand to get a coupon for 25% 1 item. July 26-27 is every clothing item for $3 each, so I'd suggest going then. Was annoyed one of the fitting room doors was broken, but the one I used was clean and well-kept.
Prices I noticed/bought from:
Shirts: $6-$12
Shorts: $6-$8
Pants: $8-$12
Dresses: $9-$13
Purses/bags: $15-$25”
“Store manager and I had a rough start, it was probably my fault. This place has grown on me though and slowly become one of my favorite local stores. Over the last couple years I've seen many local thrifts rise in price while the Dragon has remained steady. I've seen the manager and other employees at this store help out less fortunate thrifters a couple times as well. After shopping here for over a year and a half, I have to admit this is one of the better stores in San Jose.”
“This review is for donation only. I came on a Monday afternoon at around 1:30pm. There was no wait to donate. To donate, you have to drive behind the building and there will be a large area to self sort (clothes, linens, books, etc). I donated baby furniture such as jumper and bouncer and worker sorted that for me. The guy was very pleasant. I decided to donate here as Hope Thrift (closer to me) doesn't accept baby furnitures. Goodwill doesn't accept car seats though which expires. There is a QR code to scan for receipt.”
“I found a steam canner here for my mom and we got up to the cashier debating whether or not we wanted it. We were a bit sad when we said that we weren't going to keep it and we would just get it when we come back someday, but an amazing cashier, his name is Norman, paid for it for us and let us have it. We're really grateful so if the cashier Norman is reading this, thank you so much.”
“This is my second time dropping off items at this site. It was a quick task as they have categorized large labeled bins for almost everything. The only reason I did t give it a five star was there was little parking space. You also have to drive to the back which was one way in and out.”
3 - 5:30PM 9AM - 12PM
5152 Moorpark Ave Suite #80, San Jose“Went in at 2:30p on a Friday and dropped off 2 boxes. There were 2 people there. One person to collect donations and another person to write the receipt. The person collecting donations was very nice and friendly. Drop off was very easy.”
“I shop at the Santa Clara location often. Since they remodeled their store I did see their prices increase, however they do seem to have lowered them a bit because of so much criticism. I am not sure how the district office treat their employees . There are several employees at this store that are so dedicated and work their hardest to keep things clean and organized. One in particular is Tyler the Assistant Manager. He is like the Duracell bunny. He has great customer service, respect from his employees, is always moving and always trying to make the store look better. If anyone is looking for a great customer service person he would be a great person to take a chance on. I don't think Goodwill acknowledges some of these people. I would also love to mention Ray, Alban and Atsede for their hard working and customer server skills. They always have a smiling face and are eager to help. Again, I don't know if Goodwill always recognizes employees like this, but they have worked very hard to get where they are and I just wanted to say Thank You,not all people especially in retail are as caring.”
“I shopped at Talbots for most of my clothing for decades. I no longer shop at Talbots because I now get my Talbots clothing at the Echo Shop. I’m very particular about what I wear, and the quality and styles keep me coming back.”
