We were a group of four - she provided the smiling service I've not experienced in a long time. “Great place if you want a nice grab and go and use Safeway coupons. I must declare this is probably one of the most underrated branches in the county. It seems to be a very low traffic location. Came here a few times during my Los Gatos days, not that good from a simple perspective but if you want to grab a few things and go, this is the location for you. This location is also very bus friendly, there are two bus stops in front of this joint and they make this location good for the Los Gatosan that rides the bus. I grabbed some nice drinks here and they are reasonably priced. I don't see why people are disappointed here. You get what you paid for. Drawback: If you are getting something customized here then it's best to avoid this location because they will not do it for you or possibly don't know how.”

“This review is for their paella and service associated with that. We stopped by here on a trip to Saratoga after hearing about their Friday paella special. It was very exciting to see the giant vat if paella being made outside the store. The staff were super friendly. After seating us outside the store front, they came by to check on us and even made us some of their favorite drinks too! The paella itself was tasty too. It is not too soggy and had more of a homemade feel to it. Overall it was a delicious start to our Saratoga trip. I'd be excited to return to look at their other products!”
